I had a wonderful experience with 911 Restoration of East Dallas. We had some water damage due to a leak in our shower pan which led to mold in our interior wall. I called 911 Restoration and Eric, the owner immediately put me at ease. He walked me through the process and immediately dispatched his team to assist. Chris and Ricky were very professional and informative. They explained every aspect of the job and everything was done to perfection. I'm really thankful to the team of 911 Restoration of East Dallas for helping us out. I'll happily refer them to all my friends and family looking to get help with any water damage or mold.

In a time of stress and anxiety I over mold and water damage, Juan and his team came in and helped remedy the situation. Communication was great, and everyone involved was professional and helpful. Emilio and the crew that came out helped me out and I can not give them enough praise. Anyone that needs help with mold remediation should be reaching out to this company.

I noticed my crawl space was flooded after heavy rain and called 911 Restoration. Eric quickly set up a time next day to get his crew out to check the damage and give me a quote. They came on time and checked out the space. They were very honest and told me not to worry about the standing water. It was rain water and no mold was found. I would 100% recommend 911 restoration if you have any concerns about water damage or mold in your house.

I can not thank 911 Restoration enough, I am currently deployed overseas and was informed that I had a major mold problem due to past owners of the home not disclosing before selling but anyhow I reached out to 3 contractors before 911 whom all wanted to hike the price way up for whatever reasons but 911 came in with a reasonable cost and didn't try and hustle me with any gimmicks or theatrics just straight to the point what was needed and what would be done. I want to give special thanks to Emilio & Juan. Juan assisted with finding me proposals for my build back and for getting my HVAC cleaned, he even spoke with the Mold Inspector to schedule times for him to do his testing at me home. Emilio was a great help, he was the one doing the physical work (to my knowledge) he kept me updated with that was occurring by sending me pictures and kept in constant contact with me along the remediation journey which is a blessing since I am 9 hours ahead of them in another timezone/country. Emilio injured and all still got the job done in a timely fashion and was always available if I had any questions about anything that I was unsure about. When I return from my Deployment I look forward to inviting Emilio & Juan over for a drink just to show my appreciation. Last but not least Rosie thank you for allowing me to make my payment via wire transfer and trusting that I would keep my word and send payment, being overseas I don't have the same options as I would if I were stateside so thank you very much for being flexible with payment options.

We just used Juan and his 911 Restoration team to abate a major mold issue we had at a home he just purchased. We did our due diligence and requested estimates from 5 total companies. Not only was 911 able to work with our tight budget but their communication was top notch (something so unique on our history with contractors.) Juan was able and willing to answer every question we had. Their work was thorough and gave us so much peace of mind. For those needing mold abatement - this is the right place. Pro tip though, do your due diligence in quoting out inspectors too! Those rates range insanely across providers and they do not all offer the same tests.

If you find yourself in a terrible situation where you must contact a restoration company, I assure you Eric from 911 Restoration of East Dallas is the BEST you will find! I am a new home owner and was faced with flooding in my home and prayed I would be able to find someone that would come late Friday evening and Eric came right away. Not only was the service he provided top notch but his customer service skills are something you will not receive with just anyone. He was extremely helpful and did all he could to assist me above and beyond the restoration work. He was always accommodating to my schedule and was very honest and detail oriented in his work. I would highly recommend this company to everyone!
