Safeway Restoration

As a property manager my experience with restoration companies wasn't always great but Safeway Restoration is pleasantly different. I have worked with Safeway on 4 properties so far and will continue using them as the need arises. I usually deal with Skip or Lisa but I find that the entire staff is professional & friendly. More importantly, I feel they are honest and properly estimate the jobs from the get go; avoiding additional expensive invoices once the job has started (SERVEPRO). Safeway makes my job easier and my clients have all been satisfied with their work. So much so that I have recommended them to colleagues - all of whom have also been very pleased.

It is without reservation that I recommend Safeway Restoration! I had an issue with an overflow in my home. The owner, Skip, came quickly to check my home, ran tests with high end equipment and determined the plan of action that needed to be taken. The entire staff was outstanding, knowledgeable, considerate and caring! It is very refreshing to see such an honest, hard working, friendly and professional staff that really care about the customers.

If you are in South Florida and you have any mold damage call Safeway Restoration! We has a roof leak and a bit of mold started growing. I called Safeway Restoration and Skip came out the next day. He took his time and made sure he located all the problem areas. Since it was a small area he fixed it right there, right then, in only 30 mins. Skip couldn't have been nicer or more professional. He explained everything he did, was clean, quick, and very professional. I HIGHLY recommend Safeway Restoration! I couldn't be more satisfied!

We had a leak that was behind our walls which caused mold, we called Safeway Restoration and immediately had someone come out the very next day to work on it. They worked through the night(we didn’t close business) and kept everything very clean and contained. Cathy at the office was amazing to work with. She answered all of my question and send bills on a timely manner also she set up for our reconstruction. Evelio was our technician that showed up every night until mold was dried and repaired everything. This company is very prompt and efficient and not to mention reasonably priced. My condo had water damage due to a leak. Fortunately, I found Safeway Restoration and worked with Cathy who immediately set everything in motion. They provided a detailed quote of their work with clear explanation of exactly what they would be doing. Evelio and the crew came in and worked on the moldy damages and was able to clean it all up and restore my property. They were always on time, very professional, respectful, and kept me updated on everything being done every step of the way. Excellent service with great pricing! I highly recommend!

I had a flood in my kitchen from my dishwasher and decided to call Safeway. I spoke to Skip who offered to head to the house that evening and clean up the mess. I have to say, I was very impressed with their knowledge and quick response. Not only did they come immediately and follow up with me every day, but also billed my insurance company directly. I cant recommend these guys enough!

Excellent experience! The whole team was wonderful to work with. Skip was very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Cathy at the office was very responsive and organized. Evelio and his crew could not have been nicer and wonderful to work with. They did a great job!!! I would call them again next time without a doubt.
