They thoroughly removed all mold, replaced damaged drywall and flooring, and installed new kitchen cabinets all within a fast and impressive timeframe. The crew was professional, punctual, and detail oriented, ensuring high quality results. We were referred to this company from a public adjuster who took no best interest in our situation but their own pockets. This water restor charge my insurance close to $8k just to rip apart my kitchen. Leaving no cabinets. The walls were stripped naked with nothing. For what they charge they could’ve had the decency to put back dry walls. Not to mention it took them 6 months to start the project when my insurance wrote them a check from the beginning. Most definitely won’t recommend at all

Unfortunately, our house was flooded from hurricane Milton. Fortunately, our neighbor recommended Water Resto to us. I called and you sent a representative that same day. He looked at our house and said they could start the next day! The next day, we had an army attack our house. It was very interesting to watch your people at work. It was definitely a coordinated effort. The coordinator of these efforts was Marilyn Deras. This was a first for us but it sure was not the first for her. She showed compassion and understanding of our situation. She quickly returned my texts, e mails or phone calls. She even showed up at our house at least twice to make sure everything was going according to plan. When we had our mold inspection, the inspector was very impressed with the final results. This was due to your professional workers and, even more so, to the guidance and experience of Marilyn. Please thank your crew for a job well done. They are wonderful company. Their team was so wuicl to help us and get to our home to dry out in the middle of a heavy rain storm. They got a tarp on our roof the moment the rain stopped and it was safe for them to install it. Helpful during rhe insurance process as well. Highly recommended.

Jorge Pereda and his team did an amazing job. He was here within 45 minutes of my initial call and his crew was on site approximately 30 after that. His workmen were on time for every appointment during the week long process. And to top it off he beat every competitor with the price. I highly recommend Water Resto USA.
