He was responsive, showed up fairly quick, and clearly explained what needed to be done. The repair was completed efficiently, and we haven’t had any issues since. I live in fairly new housing and apparently the roofing done was quick, fast and in a hurry and shortcuts were taken. I experienced roof leaks soon after moving in. Zac with Basin Roofing came out, assessed the roof and noted several shortcuts taken that were the cause of my problem. I received a quote and repairs were made in a timely manner. Fast forward 9 months and I was getting water drip through a vent. The work was warrantied, Zac came back out and reinforced the seems around venting systems at no charge. He held good on the warranty and assured me we would make sure there were no more leaks. They did not do the initial roofing job only repaired the sub par job that was done by someone else.
