My daughter Nancy and I are very pleased with the services provided by Mr Phillip Burn and two young men, Diego and Yamil. The young men impressed us with their courtesy and friendly attitudes. Thanks to Mr. Burn for his patience and his calmness eased our worries - even he drove one late evening to fix one part after I made one call. The young men are fortunate to have Mr. Burns under his wing - he speaks Spanish which is a big asset. Again, thanks to Mr. Burns and the young men.

We bought a house that had a bad smell we had no clue what it was. He came out and did some checks and got it! What a great job. He told us somethings to keep an eye on. He had checked for mold a few weeks back because of an AC drain leak. He double checked it while he was here and it had dried out since we fixed it!! Just did what was needed and if it was not good to go later we would go to the next step. A big thanks to him and the company!! I would give 10 stars!!!
