Do not recommend. They came quickly and ripped up our house & since then it’s been very difficult to get calls returned or action taken to repair things. We are the ones having to call in & 3x have been told the guy who schedules is out of the building & will call us back. He never does. The secretaries are kind & listen but getting the people over getting our house back to normal has been a very frustrating experience. We’ve worked with a few other disaster companies & they were in & out within 4 days (total days…they came on weekends to ensure our house was back to normal) from the initial problem being reported, to tear out, to getting everything back to normal. We’ve only used All Pro for this current situation because the company at fault for damages recommended them & now that we’ve had this ordeal carrying into a 3rd week has been disappointing and feel it necessary to make others aware. Unfortunately our calls go unreturned & we find ourselves put on back burners. It should not take a negative review to get companies to make things right or return calls. Update: We got called on Tuesday (Nov 4) & they said they’ll come out Monday thru Wednesday next week (Nov 10-12) to do the repairs. 4 weeks between ripping up our house to fixing it. & still no call from the owner or anyone who could make this right. Update: The problem persists. The carpet smells like a wet dog & has since they came. The manager says they’d clean it again but our faith in them is very low. Whitney has now taken a very rude, inappropriate tone with us. This is OUR house and they’ve taken little ownership to make this right. It’s extremely disappointing to get so little help. And they’re the ones who’ve made a bad problem worse.

I had a plumbing disaster that destroyed two bathrooms. All Pro swooped in fast. They were so supportive. The demolition team, Abraham Diaz and Brad Rowley, cleared the work zone of debris. AllPro connected me with a fine contractor, Jason Adams, of Adams Renovations, and Alex Cisneros and Whitney Thompson were great liasons to insurance and planning. The team was considerate, reassuring, cordial, and a pleasure to work with. I will never forget their sensitivity, courtesy, support, efficiency, speed and excellence. I recommend AllPro without reservation, to any home hit by disaster. Heartfelt thanks to AllPro for not only giving excellent service, but for being good, caring people! I will never forget you.

Allpro services did an amazing job with water damage and drywall repairs Noah, who worked on the water damage did an amazing job explaining the process on how the repairs would go and Sheena did an excellent job on drywall making my restroom and closet look brand new.

We needed our dryer vent cleaned after a full clog that ruined our old dryer so we had to get a new one. We had another company come out who wasn’t able to get it done due to our roof being too high to access. They tried to do it from the inside with no success. I called 4 more companies who couldn’t do it for the same reason, and was recommended All Pro by 2 of the largest companies in the state who do dryer duct cleaning. All Pro came out with a camera to check on it, and cleaned it from the inside, as well as fixed the feet on our new dryer that were damaged during delivery. Our new dryer works now, and I’m no longer scared of a fire starting because of a lint clog. Lincoln (our service tech) was great and very professional, he showed me the vent on the camera when they were done and it was a night and day difference (he even wore shoe booties the entire time, no other service tech with other companies has ever offered to do that). They also had a manager come out during service to make sure everything was good. I would recommend the company to anyone, and will be scheduling annual vent cleanings with them from now on.

All Pro Services came highly recommended to us when he had damage from a burst pipe in our basement. I can see why they were rated so high! They were fast, friendly, and did quality work. Jeff and Sheena were the team that came to do our repairs. They were so pleasant and cared about every detail being just right. They also were extremely tidy. The results are great! You can't even tell that we had damage. I definitely recommend.

Sheena & Kenny did a wonderful job with drywall and plaster repairs in multiple locations in our home. They were kind, detail-oriented, and efficient. During the entirety of their work, they were meticulous about dust mitigation. When the work was completed, I couldn’t remember exactly where some of the damage was located because it was repaired so well!

All Pro was great. They communicated everything clearly. The contractor showed up right on time. He was courteous and friendly, and did a great job!
