Braxton was amazing to work with at Flood Pros! He was super attentive to us throughout the whole process from correspondence, to meeting us at the carpet store, to follow-up walk-throughs. We appreciated all of his expertise and hand-holding to ensure that our flood damaged basement was well taken care of. I highly recommend him and Jeremy (who did our trim and paint job)! It’s nice to know that you are in good hands and working with true professionals throughout the whole process. I’m not saying flood your basement, but if it does happen, you can trust Braxton to get the job done right!

Absolutely the best experience. We have taken a long time to get our ducks in a row and they didn't let us down at all. The accounting office was amazing with working with us. Braxton has been the best communicator of all time! I am BLOWN AWAY! He was so good at letting us know what was going on and checking in. He has never dropped the ball. He was always very friendly and I never had to wonder what was happening. He took initiative and called us often, which was very comforting in our messy situation. Also, Jeremy came and let us know every time he was going to come fix our bathroom. He even put the ETA to the minute. Not to mention the work was exceptional. I never had to wonder if he was actually coming, not one time. I've used contractors before and that is always an issue, but not with Jeremy! I have never experienced such great communicators and punctuality in ANY company. 5/5 stars! Highly recommend!

Reyes helped restore my walls, baseboards, and flooring after my main pressure valve caused a good amount of damage. He was punctual, and professional. He communicated well, and was very respectful of me and my schedule. He left things looking better than they did before the flooding.

Had a water leak with ceiling and wall damage. My insurance company connected me to this company. Their guy Reyes who does the drywall work and painting did an amazing job. He was prompt, worked quickly, always cleaned up the jobsite at the end of the day, and the quality of his work is very good.

A Total Nightmare from Start to (Unfinished) Finish I was referred to this contractor by my insurance company after a water leak in my kitchen in November 2023. The job was simple: drywall repairs, replacing carpet padding, and some trim work in the basement below the leak. Instead, I got months of frustration, miscommunication, and unfinished work that dragged on for over 16 months. Even though multiple checks were sent by my insurance, the work was never completed. Trim is still missing, carpet padding was never replaced, and the drywall job is sloppy and poorly done. To make matters worse, they kept pushing me to refinish my kitchen floors—something not approved by my insurance and completely unrelated to the basement repairs. I declined, thinking that was the end of it. It wasn’t. Just recently, they sent me a bill for $1600 (The amount paid to me by my insurance company in November of 2023), claiming it was for "hardwood floor supplement"—floors they never touched and hadn’t mentioned in over a year. When I checked my insurance records, I found out they had already been paid over $9,000! For what? Less than 200 sq ft of amateurish drywall, no carpet pad, and missing trim. It seems like they convinced the insurance company to pay for work that was never done (hardwood floors) and never told me about it. Whether this was miscommunication or intentional, it’s unacceptable. The strange part is that everyone I spoke with was polite and friendly—which honestly makes it even more confusing. One painter (possibly named Corey?) did show up once and was professional and kind. But that one positive experience doesn’t make up for the overall disaster. I'd look elsewhere.
