I want to thank Lavell at BMS CAT Milwaukee for doing an outstanding job managing my storm damage restoration project. After severe wind and storm damage destroyed my garage roof and caused partial roof and fence damage to my home, Lavell stepped in and immediately put my mind at ease. He was honest, extremely reassuring, and hard-working throughout the entire process. Once Lavell was assigned to my claim, he quickly coordinated the necessary approvals and kept everything moving smoothly. The work was completed much faster than I ever expected, and the quality was excellent. I truly appreciate his professionalism, responsiveness, and dedication to getting the job done right. I would highly recommend Lavell and the BMS CAT Milwaukee team to anyone needing restoration services after storm damage.

I am writing to express my significant dissatisfaction with the recent water damage repair services provided by BMS following the severe storm three months ago, which impacted a substantial portion of Wisconsin. My wife has been in ongoing communication with Tony regarding the necessary repairs to our kitchen and our son's room, the latter being particularly critical due to his severe asthma. Upon returning home, I discovered that drywall had been installed without prior notification or explanation regarding the source or ingress point of the water. I possess photographic evidence demonstrating that the reinstalled drywall was not properly measured, resulting in visible gaps. My understanding of water damage repair protocols dictates that the source of water intrusion must be identified and addressed, and that all affected drywall should be removed, not merely a partial section. I am profoundly disappointed with the quality of work performed. Should a full refund not be issued, I will be pursuing legal action.

After an unfortunate and undetected water leak in my kitchen, my insurance company suggested Accent/BMS CAT to do the repairs. 24 hours later Tony Mueller and his crew arrived at my home to assess the damage. Tony was not only reassuring, extremely friendly and outgoing, but he got the ball rolling and got approval for the repairs in a few days! If he was coming to my house he would text me letting me know his ETA. To say Tony is the BEST customer service person I have ever worked with is an understatement!! And his crew were all absolutely wonderful! Then there was my project manager Derek Ortlieb. Words can’t express how wonderful he was in going over what would be done when, having me get the flooring, countertops, dishwasher picked out, then arranging for everything to be installed. He called me several times a week, sometimes several times a day, keeping me abreast on the progress of the orders and cabinet repairs. To say Derek went above and beyond his duties is an understatement!! So a HUGE THANK YOU to Tony, Derek, and ALL of the men with Accent/BMS CAT who turned my disaster into an absolutely beautiful new kitchen that I am very proud to show off! I HIGHLY recommend this company for water damage repairs!

The BMS CAT did an amazing job mitigating the damage caused by the shutoff valve to our first floor bathroom sink failed during the night and flood half of the first floor. I swear they were at our house within an hour of contacting the insurance company. We felt so comfortable with the mitigation team that we decided to let BMS CAT perform the restoration work. Due to 1997 building codes the tile on our entire first floor needed to be replaced because tiles were popping up. This meant that the lower kitchen cabinets needed to be removed so we decided now was the time to do the kitchen makeover we’ve been wanting since we bought the house. Again, we loved working with the crew at BMS CAT we decided to have them help with the remodel. Everything turned out perfect. The repair of the bathroom and tile in the hall, kitchen and dining room look great. You’d never k ow we had a big water event. The team at BMS CAT did an amazing job working with us on the remodel and we absolutely love how it turn out. I would highly recommend this team!

Great communication on process needed through each stage. Samantha and her cleaning workers were so nice and worked their butts off! As was Tony who explained his process and what comes next. Both helped reduce worrying and stress on the process. Marcus and his workers also were nice and removed my burned garage very quickly. So far I'm happy with BMS and would refer them to others.

I was very pleased with BMS Cat Restoration. We had water damage and a mold issue in our condo garage from the recent flooding. They got right on it immediately after I contacted them. They came out the very next day after I signed the proposal. The perimeter of garage up two feet of drywall was removed, wood studs were treated with mold completely mitigated, new drywall installed, and entire walls painted all in two days. The team of workers were very accommodating and worked hard, not stopping until the job was completed.The project manager, Lavell put my mind at ease right from the get go and went out of his way to answer all my questions. I appreciated his willingness to accommodate my availibility and schedule. The finished project was excellent. I would highly recommend BMS CAT Restoration to anyone who needs restoration services. I had to have some work done after basement flood damage. Part of that work was done by carpenter Mark S and painter Tony P. Mark did excellent carpentry work on doors and floor molding I was very impressed with his craftsmanship from the beginning to the finished product. Not a crack or nail hole to be found. Tony S did the finish work and also did an excellent job. We’re very happy with the whole BTS Crew.
