I highly recommend Servpro to anyone needing flood water damage clean up. I had 15" of flood water and mud in my garage and water under my house needing mold abatement. The business came recommended by my insurance adjuster and also from a family member who had used them for water damage. At all times over the 2 week remediation process all employees were very friendly, punctual and professional. The two employees I interacted with most, June and Miguel, were always approachable and ready to answer any questions that I had throughout the process. I am now ready to have the next contractor come in and refinish the walls in the garage.

We had a roof leak, call our home insurance representative and they contacted Servpro. They called us and came out the same day. The technicians we on time, professional and did a great job to dry out the affected area. The removed the wet sheet rock and contained the area to prevent any additional damage. They kept everything clean and were pleasant while working. We are very happy with their work and would recommend them!

Everyone I dealt with was a professional. Especially Olivia who worked so diligently on my behalf to try to get the insurance company to approve the estimate of work for the repairs necessary prepared by Cameron Murphy. Olivia went beyond the call of duty to assist me and I really appreciated it. I’m just sorry Allstate chose not to accept the Servpro bid. Cameron was a pleasure to work with as well. Very professional and pleasant and he explained everything so that I could understand all the details. Also the young man and woman who did the water damage repair were extremely nice and thorough and cleaned up any and all mess that was made. I’m only sorry I didn’t jot their names down. I would definitely call on Servpro again if the need arose.

Servepro recently helped us mitigate an issue we had due to a water damage issue caused by the storm. From the beginning, the Project Managers (Luis and Samantha) were very knowledgeable and thorough in explaining what the mitigation plan would be. The crew members that came out to help us during the process (June, Tito, Ricky and Jasyn) were amazing! Always very professional, on time, knowledgeable, helpful, and very nice. They were great about giving me a courtesy call before arriving. They cleaned the area thoroughly which was greatly appreciated. And lastly, they always came in with a smile! We had mold due to a leaking toilet from our upstairs bathroom which also caused water damage to the ceiling downstairs. Tito and Carmen were very professional. I appreciated how they took the time to address all my concerns. I was most impressed by the quality of care that they displayed for my home. They did an excellent job.
