We are very happy with the service we have received from Black Diamond Restoration and have zero regrets about our decision. Devon, Shar, and the crew that have come through our home; have been friendly, timely, detail oriented, and professional. After each day of work, they always left the space clean and asked if we had questions or concerns. They are prompt to return messages and have been willing to take the time to answer all our questions with patience and a large background of knowledge and expertise. We really appreciated that they communicated when they would arrive, and they showed up when they said they would. Early on we had difficulty with our insurance claim, they worked through the whole process with us ensuring our home would be safe and mold free when the project was complete. They documented everything they did for insurance, and even did extra work required by insurance, before the full demo was approved. They did work, putting extra hours on their equipment, that they knew wouldn’t be effective just to appease the adjustor. We are currently in the rebuild portion of our master bath and they have been fabulous to work with organizing that and walking us through the whole process. We highly recommend Black Diamond Restoration!
