We had water damage in our basement and the timing couldn’t have been worst. It was discovered early in Mother’s Day, we attempted to call several companies with no luck of them being able to come quickly. When we reached out to them they came that same day, started clean up and put contractors in place to get everything moving. I was extremely impressed with how well they communicated and their response time to all my questions. While I hope I don’t have to call on them again I absolutely would. Highly recommend.

This company did an amazing job, ot was finished right on time and the workers were very professional and skilled. I woud recomend them if you need any work done.

Fixnou did the rebuild for my apartment complex after a flood. We were under a time crunch to get people back in their rooms and it was a very large project. I was very detailed in my expectations but the Fixnou team always went above and beyond what I asked for. Very professional and courteous to everyone they interacted with and I would highly recommend their services.

Fixnou located at 150 4800 S #6, Murray, UT 84107. Decided to work with them because the mitigation team I worked with recommended them. Requested to speak with project manager Dave Gantulga who happens to also be part owner before starting on project as there was a few changes I wanted done before moving forward. We did not meet until his workers had already replaced drywall and starting texturing. Dave stated he would not be working on flooring until we had met in person and when we actually met they had already torn down the flooring. I cancelled further work with this contractor as we were not able to reach an agreement as far as budget and the changes I wanted. Tried swapping carpet to really cheap flooring in order to fit in into budget provided by insurance and perhaps a little more out of pocket and he would quote me crazy estimates. Now we are stuck in an email back and forth where he refuses to provide invoices for work performed and materials. He charged me $7K for installing drywall and texturing it to one bedroom and a hallway. Spoke with insurance adjuster and states worked performed by Fixnou should not be more than $4K. Fixnou/Dave refuses to send invoices, receipts for materials or update estimate charging accordingly to work performed in order to update the insurance Adjustor’s estimate. Do not work with this business, very poor business practice, poor communication and will try to gouge you for money.

The quality of their work and their management really sucks. Recommend using Paul Davis, Service master or any other professional company over Fixnou. Check out all their zero and one star reviews on Yelp and BBB.

Fixnou did a fabulous job cleaning my carpets. I moved in 4 years ago and they weren't cleaned at that time and who knows how long before then. Dave showed up on time (even texted when he was on his way), walked through the house with me and told me what he'd be doing and the pricing up front before any work got started. He was friendly, professional, respectful and did I mention the carpets look amazing??? Really great job, I highly recommend.
