I had the unfortunate experience of a leak in my kitchen which slowly made its way to a downstairs bedroom/playroom. My insurance company Liberty Mutual immediately put the claim process in motion. Next, I heard from Mitch Cohen, the president who explained the process clearly. The next day his team arrived and an upsetting experience became less stressful. The team members were Daryl, Gabriel, Joannie and Margaret. To a person, they showed respect for my home, communicated clearly and patiently, called w/ expected arrival and always hit the time. From beginning to end the team showed professionalism, knowledge and strong communication skills. I highly recommend PuroClean of Nanuet.

I was in a bad situation with my rental property. I called Mitch PuroClean of Nanuet. He explained the mold report I got from a mold inspector. He came to the house and checked everything out. He gave me a great price. He even went out of his way to speak to my renters and let them know what was going on. They did a great job and were able to do it on my schedule.
