The whole experience with Kyle and his team was great. The reality of water damage to our home was really unsettling but Kyle immediately sprang to action late in the evening when we made the call of the flood in our house. Kyle came to our house late in the evening to setup fans and start drying our house out. He’s crews came in the next day and started remediating the water damaged material preventing any further destruction and to start the thorough drying process. Kyle talked us through every step along the way, check on us and his crews registry and made sure we were being taken care of and insured our house would be put back together, and better. The crews were very professional. The took the time to make sure dust is mitigated and parts of the house that were not damage remained cleaned and functioning. Kyle provided detailed estimates to the insurance company efficiently navigating through the claim and funding process to keep us moving in the right direction to repairs our home. I would highly recommend Bewise Master’s and would use them without question if and unfortunate instance such as a flood happened in my house again.

A few weeks ago, my son came downstairs after his morning shower before school and alerted me to water dripping from the smoke detector on the ceiling. "Daddy, whats this dripping?" I was freaked out!!!!! I googled and yelped "water damage remediation" and started calling up contractors on the way to dropping him off at school. Kyle called me back in less than an hour. We had a quick chat and having dealt with water damage remediation at a previous house I owned, I could tell he knew what he was talking about. I decided to have him come by to check out the damage. An hour later, Kyle came by, assessed it and we decided to start the remediation work immediately. He and his team worked quickly, removing the impacted areas on the ceiling that same day and setting up the blowers/containment. We chatted and decided to wait a day until removing the impacted areas in the 2nd floor bathroom to see if they would dry out. The next day Kyle came by to check the bathroom. Unfortunately, it hadn’t dried out, so he and his team worked efficiently removing the impacted areas of the bathroom. While the areas were drying out, we brought in a number of contractors to quote the repair work. I’m always wary of having the same contractor do both remediation and repair. However, Kyle came in with a competitive price that was well itemized for insurance. Most importantly, he had the best timeline to complete of all contractors - start immediately and 2 weeks to complete work vs. other contractors starting work in 4-8 weeks. I selected Kyle based on the above and our positive experience working together during remediation. During repairs is where Kyle’s project management skills really shined. I observed him manage multiple sub-contractors (painters, tile, etc) to repair ceiling, paint walls, and redo an entire bathroom. I was simply astounded when he got the job done in 1.5 weeks, 2-3 days earlier than expected. In addition, the bathroom vanity that we painted looked so good that we asked if he’d get the others painted as well. He was able to accommodate this last minute change and get the rest of the vanities (4) painted 2 days after we made the request. Overall, I had an excellent experience working with Kyle. If you have any remediation or repair work that you need done right, fast, and at a good price, I’d highly recommend Kyle and his team.

Kyle and his team were terrific! We had a sudden leak in our newly finished basement, he and his team member came over at night to help us start the appropriate drying/dehumidifying process, answered all our questions, and continued to come the next few days to monitor the progress. We would recommend them to anyone needing their services!

Called Bewise to get our carpets cleaned in our townhouse. Scheduling was smooth and they were able to work on my timetable. Kyle and his crew were very professional and knowledgeable.
