Jenkins Restorations

I was initially happy with the mitigation process until I got the break down from my insurance company. They got paid by the insurance company for work that didn't get done. Met with the project manager to move to the next phase, he was super nice that day. He gave me a verbal rough estimate. Once the checks came in for the restoration, it was way lower than what he said it was going to be. I messaged him to let him know I couldn't use them, he was done with me. Polite enough, but still dismissive. Now I have to reach out to the mitigation team fmfor the work they didn't finish so I can get some floors in. It's been almost 3 weeks at this point. Edit-After 4 weeks of no floors and lots of back and forth with the insurance company, the mitigation team got paid for what they did do. I met with the mitigation project manager and my insurance lady and got it sorted out. It was more miscommunication on the insurance part and not on Jenkins. Ethan and the demo team were great! Great punctuality and communication du4ing the whole process.The project manager Tim, the mitigation project manager, explained everything the way my insurance should have. I have no complaints about that part of the process in the. I stand by my comments about the project manager for the repairs. As someone who has never been through this process, I needed beeter communication and answers. I understand it's a process but 5 weeks seems excessive to me for just floors.

My downstairs flooded and insurance recommended Jenkins, a company I'd never heard of, and I'm glad they did. I can't say enough positive things about my experience with them. Danny & Ethan got here quickly for water mitigation and Tim Garrigus helped with insurance on that end. When it came time for restoration, Josh Garrigus was great to work with. He explained everything in simple terms, made sure the job got done right, communicated often along the way, and even helped deal with my frustrating insurance company at the end of it all. There were no hidden or added fees...I paid the quoted price which I thought was reasonable. My place is in much nicer shape than before the incident occurred. I will gladly hire Jenkins again if I need further restoration.

Jenkins Restoration and their team are amazing. Great communication, quick response, they show up when they say they are going to show up. They always have the homeowners best interest. If you need mitigation or structure work, give them a call!!

My husband and I were extremely happy with the service we received from Ethan. He was very professional, kind, and courteous! He explained every step of the process going forward with our insurance claim. We will definitely use Jenkins Restoration Co, again if needed!

We had a water line break with 2-3 inches throughout our whole main floor (spring 2024) during a quick night freeze. We had just moved out of our home and put it on the market so no one was living there. Thankfully we caught it within the first 24 hours and with quick action from Zach water was vacuumed up! Fans & dehumidifiers were placed. Zach quick action saved us $$$ in repairs. Don’t hesitate call Jenkins ask for Zach he knows what he’s doing!!
