Under no circumstances do business with this company unless you want to battle your insurance company based on shoddy paperwork provided by ProCare. I had my roof replaced as part of a claim, and my insurance company recommended ProCare. I only went with ProCare because insurance would add their own warranty to the work done, on top of ProCare's warranty. When I noticed the roof year on my policy had not been updated, I called insurance. They said ProCare's paperwork was "too vague" in saying the roof was replaced, so they could not update my policy. I reached out to ProCare, and though the employee was incredibly nice, she could only send me what they had, which is the same paperwork insurance couldn't use. I just do not understand how a company routinely contracted for insurance claims doesn't understand what insurance needs for the work completed. It's been such a nightmare to deal with, not to mention the work on my patio looks questionable, at best, and I regret ever agreeing to use ProCare. Such an ironic name, considering they really don't care about the client.

I had to give a 1 star to write what needs to be said. One of their employee in their company truck tailgated me on the interstate So bad I couldn't see the head lights. I was in traffic and couldn't move over. Once I was able to get over he proceeded to push another car and another out of the way. For the actions of this driver, I will never call this company for anything. Given the other reviews no wonder they hire road ragers. One last thing and noone from the company called me to apologize for their employee actions. I see that as bad management!!!

Some of the staff are felons and to work here they don't drug test. The owner Gus timbers was a banker and doesn't know much about this type of work. They go through 10 to 20 project managers. So they don't care about your rebuild. And watch out for theft and damage to your belongings. Call some one else like servpro or another big name accredited company.

Do NOT use this company unless you want to redo all their work. They hire unskilled subcontractors and take FOREVER to finish the job. I lived in a hotel for 7 months due to their incompetence, wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy.

They have a incredible response time! Their level of professionalism and skill sets are amazing.

Did a good job on the flooring ... took long time cause of some bad workers but it's done finally
