Review for BRG (Boston Restoration Group) We recently completed a major renovation of our home, including a full kitchen remodel and most of the first floor. It was a large project involving many specialists, and the quality of work was outstanding across the board. My wife and I tend to be very critical when it comes to construction work, especially after several disappointing experiences in the past. This time, however, everything was done at the highest level. The project was managed by Stan Amromin, whose professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to catch even the smallest issues made a tremendous difference. He does not let anything slide, and the results speak for themselves. Another pleasant surprise was the budget. We had expected the final cost to be higher, but it actually came in lower than anticipated — something that almost never happens in renovations. We are truly grateful to BRG for the excellent work. We will gladly recommend the company to our friends.

My building suffered significant water damage during a roof replacement and Boston Restoration Group handled the whole process. They were great with my building during master insurance disputes, which dragged out the whole process. During the entire process I got thorough explanations, great service, and incredible attention to detail. My place is much better looking now than when I started!

Horrible experience working with this company. I had a water damage issue and they came in. At first these guys seem pretty professional and caring for the customer and later due to their behavior towards me i had to ask them to take their stuffs and leave. With water damage, as a restoration company they are supposed to keep logs of drying. They never kept any log for my issue. Now my insurance company is asking logs which they dont have which is further creatinf issues with my claims. I directly worked with Yury and I had never even imagined that they were not keeping logs of drying. They told me they will work woth insurance for reimbursement but as soon as the drying was done they wanted cash from me instead of waiting for insurance company to pay. I even paid them on time. They will lie to you to get your business and they wont follow through. This might not be true with everyone, but today its almost 3 months since the incident i am still having issue getting reimbursement from my insurance company and the big part of it is the drying logs that did not keep. Dont trust them on their words. Even you decide to hire make sure thing are clear from the beginning so you dont face what I faced with the. Absolutely not recommending Boston Restoration Group to anyone i know for sure.

Dangerous drivers: Especially whomever was speeding down Rockaway Ave, Marblehead on 10/31 (Halloween) at ~7pm with trick or treating children mere feet away on the sidewalk. I’d prefer to just live with flood damage than hire BRG and put local kids at risk.
