Quantum Restoration

Quantum Restoration did a fantastic job remediating our basement room. They went above and beyond their scope of work to ensure that all mold was cleaned, all animal egresses were sealed, and all surfaces were water proofed to keep things mold free for the long haul. They found a cracked foundation that was the culprit and sealed that up and took extra measures to ensure it wont happen again. Air quality went from 26 to 98. Thorough walk through and explanation was fantastic. Suggestions and best practices were covered thoroughly. They also bought some cleaners for the washer machine without even being asked to make sure that was not causing issues. Nate (project manager) treated our home like his own home, and we are truly grateful for his attention to detail and willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done right and eliminate the problem at the source. He has ensured we will all have a safe living space and we are truly grateful. A+, , 5 stars, would highly recommend to anyone with remediation needs. I can't thank Nate and the team at Quantum Restoration enough for the incredible job they did rejuvenating the stone foundation and basement of my 1890s home. Bringing it back to life from a dark, damp dungeon, now safe, dry, clean, and even beautiful! Nate was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. He's incredibly thorough, responsive, and always took the time to address any questions or concerns along the way. Words can’t express how happy we are that we hired Nate and the Quantum Restoration Team. We had recently moved and discovered once the prior owners cleaned out the basement, there was mold growing on all of the ceiling panels. We had Nate (and a few others) come inspect as we searched for a remediation company. Nate spent about two hours with us explaining mold growth and inspecting the rest of our new home for any issues. We knew we had to hire him for his knowledge base alone and the fact that he was just so kind. He went above and beyond on our project, and we plan to use him again to do a bathroom Reno! You can see how bad the mold growth was and how great everything looks now. It’s also great to know there were several preventive steps Nate took to make sure we don’t have the problem again. I am so grateful we had Quantum Restoration to help us after a flood caused by an outdoor faucet pipe soaked the carpet in our finished basement. Nathan was professional, knowledgeable, and informative in addition to communicating well throughout the process. They used innovative technology and methods to completely dry our basement, save our cream-colored wall to wall carpet, rug pad, and furniture. You’d never know there was even a flood! I am delighted that we didn’t have to tear out and replace part of the carpet. Working with Quantum Restoration was an investment that saved much more labor, money, and headache because their methods were so smart, efficient and non-invasive. Nate and his team were incredible from the beginning super responsive, honest, and helpful every step of the way. What really stood out to me was how well they communicated. ⚠️ Avoid Quantum Restoration at all costs! ⚠️ My husband and I hired this company for water damage restoration, and it turned into a nightmare. They charged our credit card more than $5,500 without approval, left the job unfinished, and walked away. Our kitchen was left in complete chaos — debris, tools, and damage everywhere. We eventually had to hire another company out of pocket just to clean up the disaster they abandoned. The head of this company, Nate, presents himself as very professional at first. Don’t be fooled. Once he got paid, he ignored us, stopped answering calls, and eventually blocked our numbers. Update – Sept 9, 2025 After my first review went up, Nate personally called both me and my husband. He apologized, admitted he had been unprofessional, and promised to repay us $3,000 if we removed the review and closed the credit card disputes. Against better judgment, we gave him a chance and settled the disputes. That’s when the second scam started. Nate disappeared again, and then handed us off to someone named Brandon, who claimed to handle their finances. After making me go over the whole ordeal again, Brandon said Nate "wasn’t authorized" to make any deal and that they wouldn’t be paying us anything. His exact words: "We can’t bear any more losses." Losses? After they took our money, abandoned the job, and tricked us into dropping our disputes? This company operates on lies and manipulation. First Nate plays the smooth talker, then Brandon shuts the door and leaves you with nothing. Do not hire Quantum Restoration. They are scammers who will take your money, leave your home in ruins, and then gaslight you when you ask for accountability.
