This team was amazing! Our sump pump failed and flooded our basement. Called them on a Friday and they were at our house addressing the issue, SAME DAY! They walked us through the process and handled the insurance side of things. The team was quick, professional and very helpful! We have exotic pets and they were aware of what product's to use and when in the process the pets needed to leave the house in order to keep them safe. I can't praise or say thank you to the team enough for all of their hard work from start to finish!

Problem: Came home from vacation to find 6 inches of standing water in basement. We were able to get it drained out. Quick response - Matthew assessed the situation, went through each issue that needed to be addressed and answered all our questions. Furniture/ carpeting removed efficiently - drop clothes down to protect carpeting / wood floors! Insulation removed without damage to plastic covering, fans & large dehumidifier placed strategically to insure proper airflow! Left the kitchen sink running and came home to a small lake. Called these guys and they came out only a few hours later and had me all dried out within a matter of a few days. Could of been a much bigger problem than it already was had they not responded and handled it as fast as they did. Thank you, Matthew and Aaron and the whole Positive Restoration team!
