Quade and Matt are outstanding! Extremely professional, these two went above and beyond our expectations. They took such care of my home during this unfortunate event, they did a great job with communication, they tarped the area, worked fast and dried out our home quickly after our water damage. Highly recommend using service master! They helped remediate a mold/water damage issue. Quade and Matt were easy and great to work with! Quade answered any questions and concerns I had and was very helpful! Communication was great and they were very prompt to come out and fix the problem.

We were out of town for the week, when our water heater sent a message that it wasn't happy. So we came home almost a week early to find that our toilet filler tube had sprung a leak and water had run down into our basement -- not a pleasant thing. We called our insurance company and they recommended we call Service Master -- or maybe they made the original contact? not sure now. However, Quade and Matt showed up the next morning and went right to work with drying things out and the beginnings of getting us back to "normal" . Both Quade and Matt were friendly and professional. They both took care to keep us informed on what they were doing and when they'd be back - always careful to make sure it all worked for us. I don't recommend flooding your basement, but if it does happen - calling Northwest Service Master would be a good idea. I wholeheartedly recommend their services.

I can't say enough good things about Quaid's professionalism and his exceptional service in cleaning up and drying out the water issue in our kitchen. He was here when he said he would be and he was extremely polite and considerate of the inconvenience surrounding a kitchen issue. I would highly recommend Quaid and this Service Master office.

They came over within a short period of time after our water pipe broke. Quade was knowledgeable, thoughtful and thorough.

Dan, Your crew did an amazing job at my in laws townhouse. We stopped over this afternoon and they were all working hard. After many years of tobacco use we were not sure what to expect. The place looks great! Everyone was so polite and kind. I want to also be sure to acknowledge a special thank you to the lady in charge today. While cleaning, she found my mother in laws wedding ring. We have been looking for it for years. We had lost hope that it would ever be found. Your workers not only take pride in their work, they are good honest people. We can not tell you how much it means to us to have this ring back. From the bottom of our hearts, we will be forever grateful for her act of honesty. So glad we were able to work with you and your crew. Thank you again, for everything!!!!! Jeannette
