Lance and Ted were amazing! We had to call them in the middle of the night to come help with some water damage. They got here under two hours later and they brought plenty of equipment. They were so pleasant to work with even when getting called out at such a late hour on a Saturday. They also were very honest about what to expect and gave clear guidance. Bill was a great help with getting us connected to the production team. I cannot say enough good things about this team and would recommend them to anyone who experiences home damage.

Brandon did an excellent job managing the drying out process after we had water damage. He was thorough, professional, and personable.

Excellent crew. Came on site right away and got to work. Work was done with care and quality. Our contractor commented that he has seen this work done before poorly and SERVPRO did an excellent job. The staff communicated and knocked out the project quickly. Tim the GM always took my phone calls and answered my questions. He spent all the time I needed. After the project we had a few lingering issues and they took care of those quickly and to our satisfaction. I hope to never need this service again but for those that do this is a great team to hire.

Servpro did a great job handling our sump pump failure/basement flood. Abby came out within hours to assess the damage, and crews were there that same day to start the drying-out process. Kymel is a very thorough and professional crew chief; he kept us informed throughout the process. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

I will recommend SERVPRO to anyone. They are responsive. I was at work when my sister called that our basement was flooded, I was confused about it. I called companies but I couldn’t get anyone to help. Even though today is Sunday. When someone told me call Servpro, right away I place a called and the lady I spoke with was so intelligent and professional. She got someone to go there in less than an hour. My sister called and said the people are here and they have started work. It was so fast. I didn't believe that they were going to start work right away. Thanks to the team. You guys are the best!!! Keep up the good work.

Hands down best experience ever during such a stressful time. After our sump pump failed we called Servpro. They were out same day and got all the standing water and damaged flooring out of the house. We had daily interaction with our team to check progress and the crew was great every time... they even folded our exchange student's American Flag prior to tearing out wallboards. I cannot thank our team enough for their quick response and professionalism. Process was so easy.

Update to business response: My father and I did have this service at our home and when I called Tammy she had no idea who wrote the response so their attempt to claim they didn’t preform a service and to ignore the fact that we had service with them in July 2022 is a lie. I’m including the invoice from our service date of 7/15/22 proving Servpro of north St. Paul/ white bear did the work. We had a good experience with Servpro in sept 2021 but the rep we worked with Tim is no longer with the company and our experience with them for a new water remediation issue july 2022 has been terrible. First red flag should have been our insurance company no longer recommending them, second is the office telling my dad Devin is wonderful ( he has only been with this branch of Servpro for less than a month), third is the astronomically high estimates and fourth is the disappointing job done. Devin was nice enough but inexperienced and didn’t do a thorough job. Be prepared for them to attempt to pass on mask and glove charges to clients, overcharge on labor and for the main office to misspell your name repeatedly on paperwork.
