My water heater went bad and flooded my living room and bedroom. Chris was quick to help! He came with the best equipment and cleaned up the water, dehumidified the whole space and saved thousands on replacing carpet and prevented mold! Highly recommend!

My daughters and I recently moved to the area and in to a rental home. Within one week of living there, the basement/laundry room started flooding. I first thought it was the AC unit leaking, but soon realized it was sewage. I was unable to do laundry or even keep the AC running. Chris came over, assessed the situation and acted immediately. He did the job on his own in under three hours and had it looking better than before I moved in. Im so appreciative of how prompt and thorough his services were And cannot recommend him enough! I called 7 different places and Chris was the only person that I talked to that sounded like he truly cared about the situation and took pride in his work. He was able to come out the same day and thoroughly checked every spot that we were suspicious of and made sure to check places we hadn't thought of as well. He was extremely friendly, respectful, and made sure we had a true understanding of everything that we needed to do to fix our issues without making us feel like we asked too many questions. Had a bad leak and poor seals. Started to emit a pretty bad smell. I was referred to 24 hour flood pros from another company I’ve used and trust. So this guy shows up first thing that morning and pinpoints and explains where we’re having problems and what needed to be done. Didn’t try to rip me off or claim we needed anything unnecessary. Did just what we needed in a pretty hard time. Very fair price for the excellent work.
