Hi Candace, Is there anyway you can just upload my comments or add this review? I don’t have a google account and don’t use it so I wasn’t able to do google review on line. I tried doing it as a guest and it also looked like I had to have a google account. Sorry. Thank you for all your help on this. This process went very smoothly and a very positive experience due to you great communication and attention to detail. Very much appreciated! But you did a great job and appreciated your great communication with us and the contractors. All did a good job and our basement looks great. Just trying to get it all back in order on our endJ. Serve pro and especially Brian turned a bad situation into a great outcome. We had a major water leak in our kitchen that went to the finished basement, we were on vacation when this happened. Quality of work , attention to detail and the professionalism shown by Brian and serve Pro is un surpassed. Great job thank you.

Four employees of SERVPRO came into our home and repaired damage as a result of a leaking ice maker from our refrigerator. As you can see, there is no difference between the flooring in the dining room (top picture) and the living room (bottom). The flooring in the kitchen and dining room were totally sanded down, stained, and sealed. Dry wall was replaced in the basement as the water from the ice maker line destroyed it! Stephen, Brian, Rye, and Justin did outstanding work! Thank you!!! Al Frisby

Justin came out to investigate a roof leak in my home. He was professional and knowledgeable and above all honest and kind. As a single mom and home owner I am skeptical with contractors these days because of some bad experiences with dishonesty and bad work in the past so I was expecting the worst possible outcome. Justin was upfront and honest about the situation, fixed the problem, offered solutions and alternatives to getting the roof fixed. I would highly recommend Justin and his team to assist you with your project. He is a genuine guy with integrity and understanding of your situation.
