Swift helped clean out my basement after a flood from storm water. They showed up soon after flooding started and helped drain the water. The next day they demoed and began drying. They were responsive to my questions and quickly helped me get the right equipment when I the dehumidifier wasn’t working. They were respectful and worked with me well.

Swift was awesome to work with, especially Tom as our project manager. He was great at communicating and giving us regular updates and explaining our options along the way. We had a few projects we wanted done: new flooring in the family room and laundry room (including tearing out old 90s tile), adding a new basin sink and cabinets in the laundry room, and a brand new bathroom in the basement, which before was an unfinished closet that didn't even have electric wiring -- the only thing it had were drains, one of which they had to completely relocate in the foundation. The crews were awesome to work with, and very pleasant! They checked with us along the way to make sure everything was how we envisioned it. Definitely recommend Swift and will use them in the future.

Swift just finished a complete remodel of my home. I was extremely impressed with every aspect of their business. I was introduced to John Schumann through a friend of a friend. From the beginning John was easy to work with and had a 'never say never' outlook. He was able to look at my suggestions and figure out how to make it happen. The end result exceeded my expectations!! John is so good at scheduling. He is organized and got the right people there at the right time to help the work move along smoothly. I was so impressed with all the Swift crew members and subs that came to do the work. They treated me with respect and I could tell whatever they were doing would be done well. Swift completely remodeled and expanded my kitchen into an existing carport, remodeled and expanded the carport into a garage, replaced my whole driveway and even did some water damage repair in the basement. They also did painting and flooring throughout the entire house and were able to do this in less than three months. (I think that's why they are called Swift!) I have already referred them to several friends who have been amazed to watch their work on my house as they have passed by. I highly recommend them for any restoration and/or remodeling you need done!

We had a house fire in November 2023. Most of our garage had to be torn down from fire damage and the rest of our house had to be completely gutted because of smoke damage. We chose Swift Restoration and Remodeling for our restoration and have not had one regret! They were such great advocates for us with our insurance to get the things done that needed to be done. They helped us come up with a new layout for our house that is so much better than it was before. Their attention to detail is impeccable and everything turned out so beautiful, even better than we could have imagined. We absolutely love how our home turned out and are so grateful to Swift for making it feel like home again after going through the trauma of a house fire. Everyone who worked on our home was so professional and kind, but we are especially grateful to John. He is so personable, listened to all of our concerns, communicated with us every step of the way, and gave us the best advice/ideas on how to make our home look and feel amazing.
