Going through a house fire is not something I would want anyone to have to experience, but if you do need restoration services there is no company more equip for the job. From the initial phone call, Scott was able to provide so much information and reassurance and lay out the process step by step without it feeling more overwhelming. The very next day him and Amanda were at my house walking me through how things would work, they were so knowledgeable about not only what needed to happen in regards to cleaning and repairing our home but also were familiar with our insurance company and agent and were able to answer the many many questions I had. I felt completely comfortable and confident in their work and they made this awful tragic situation so much more bearable. Thank you Scott and Amanda, Brooke, and the whole team for making me feel like a priority, and not just another "job" I am so grateful for all your help and hard work during the process of restoring my home from a kitchen fire.

Mike and Brennon did an amazing job! They were professional, kind, and very knowledgeable. They did a great job fixing my drywall, and Mike was so kind and helped me with an issue I was having with my shower that wasn’t part of the job. They went above and beyond! Very grateful!

My water pan under my shower cracked and water just soaked up my dinning room ceiling and at anytime unsure when the ceiling would cave in with all the large water blisters just ready to pop and one thing led to another and my entire bath was demolished to start over. Life is hectic as it is and now this. It’s one thing to get a company in here and get it fixed but what makes everything ok is to have great good hearted people in your home to fix it. It’s been a long haul and Mike who prepped my walls for painting and backsplash, the wall above my sink was in terrible distress but it’s ready for paint. Mike is so pleasant, wonderful demeanor, did such a great job. Having people in my house can feel awkward but I felt like I knew Mike for years, I felt like he cared about my home just as much I do. Dwayne and Robert are excellent to work with. They were the demolition team and they really cared about doing a great job.

Our basement flooded from a rain storm and we rented fans to dry the carpet. Heather at the front desk gave such great advice on what to rent and how to handle the flooding situation. Kurt also explained how to use the equipment for the best results. Kurt also explained what would be best for our carpet as well as what would damage our carpet and pad. One of the best services Certified Disaster provides, is a free consultation. They came to our house the next morning, with a tool that indicated how much moisture was behind our baseboards, drywall, carpet, etc. They recommended how to proceed with resolving the damage from the water. I highly recommend this company. They have been fantastic to work with! Heather and Kurt have been beyond helpful. Thank you both for explaining everything so thoroughly and genuinely being concerned about my situation. My level of stress has gone down immensely. I highly recommend certified disaster services.

Certified disaster services has been amazing to work with. I picked up the fans on Friday. Certified disaster services came out to my home that afternoon, and measured the moisture behind the baseboards and behind my walls. This inspection service was at no cost to me. The sounds were light and easy to use yet. Very powerful.I just dropped off the fans after flooding. I was met at my car to take care of the fans. Brooke at the front desk got me all taken care of. She was so kind and understanding. They have been a great service to utilize. I would absolutely recommend them.

We had a big flood job with lots of work to do. Mike and Brenan were the guys on the sheetrock repair. They worked so quickly and efficiently. They were very communicative and showed us all the work they did and explained everything very well.
