After my home suffered major flooding on the first floor, I contacted Assure Pro Restoration, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their professionalism and efficiency. From the moment they arrived, their team was organized, courteous, and clearly experienced. They assessed the damage quickly, explained every step of the restoration process in detail, and got to work right away. Highly recommend for anyone experience a similar situation!

After discovering mold in my bathroom I called AssurePro for an evaluation. I was asked to email pictures of the mold on the drywall which I did. AssurePro then scheduled an environmental testing company to come out and test the air quality and take samples of the mold. After getting the results back from the Environmental company, AssurePro scheduled an onsite appointment and showed up right on time. Using their impressive state of the art equipment, they scanned all of the bathroom walls even through the travertine stone in the shower to see if there was any moisture anywhere else in the wall besides where the mold was. I was relieved when they reported that the only moisture was where the mold was. The next step was to schedule a visit to remove the molded drywall to see if there's more mold behind it. Two technicians showed up, again right on time, isolated the bathroom from the rest of the house using sheet plastic, donned their hazmat suits and went to work. Within a few hours they had determined there was no extended damage behind the drywall. I obviously had a sigh of relief. They suggested a couple of days of dehumidifiers in the bathroom to make sure all the moisture was gone. And finally, they scheduled the drywall and paint guy to come in and make it all look like new. When he finished, I couldn't even tell anything had happened. Aside from not being able to use the bathroom for four or five days, it was a hassle-free experience. I highly recommend these guys. They are professionals.

I'll start by saying that this water damage restoration team was excellent, practical, responsive, and very efficient. They helped me out in a tough situation when other companies let me down. This was the first water leak and insurance claim that I have had to deal with as a new home owner. When I found water leaking from the ceiling of my garage, soaking the ceiling and wall, I took the day off work to get this fixed. After looking up highly rated plumbers and water restoration companies on Yelp I had one team (not AssurePro) come out. They (not AssurePro) did not locate or repair the leak, gave a misdiagnosis of the leak source, recommend that turning off the water supply would not help, require testing for lead and asbestos (which were already outlawed in construction for the years when my home was built), and estimate that it would be one to two days more before they could even find and stop the water leaking or repair the damage, which was getting worse by the hour. Then I contacted AssurePro. They came out right away, correctly diagnosed the source from experience, and got their recommended plumber on-site shortly after, who located and patched the leak in less than an hour. The next morning, their crew arrived, removed the wet drywall and insulation, set up a plastic sheet containment enclosure, and started running a dehumidifier and fans to dry the wall. They worked with me and my insurance to make the claim filing and payment process very easy. Fortunately it was handled early enough that there was no mold. The rebuild looked even better than before with a fresh coat of paint. They also thoroughly cleaned up the garage floor. I trust AssurePro to handle any future water restoration projects and highly recommend them.

What set him apart from the others is his level of professionalism, knowledge of the industry, and compassion (Benson was very empathetic to my situation with having 2 babies under 2). We immediately felt assured that our home would be put back together as good as new. Additionally, Benson was incredibly patient with me and my husband. He answered all of our questions thoroughly and clearly explained each step of the process. His expertise has been especially helpful when it came to navigating the insurance process as well. This is the most stressful and overwhelming thing that can happen to a homeowner and Benson has been literally holding our hands and guiding us along the journey. One of the biggest things we appreciated most was his communication and leadership. He is always responsive to our calls and texts and shows up when he says he will. Oh and he communicates directly with our insurance adjuster and keeps us in the loop so that we don’t have to! We’re currently still in the reconstruction process; however, I felt compelled to write this review for Benson and his team because the remediation work they’ve done on the house thus far has been superb. No corners were cut as they diligently removed all the damaged drywall and floors. I can tell his team treated my house with the utmost care and respect. They efficiently moved our belongings to the storage pods and stored everything carefully and in an organized manner. I’ll be coming back to this review to update it periodically as we rebuild our home. I completely trust Benson with my house and know that he’ll serve me and my husband well.
