After experiencing water damage in our home, our insurance company selected Advanced Restoration to handle the flooring replacement—and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. From the start, Hanna was incredibly helpful and communicative. She kept us updated throughout the entire claims and approval process, which made everything feel smooth and stress-free. Pete Sprague, our project manager, was outstanding. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and truly listened to our needs. Pete helped us choose the perfect flooring for our lifestyle and made sure the project stayed on schedule. The final result exceeded our expectations—the new floors looks even better than we imagined! Pete and his team went above and beyond, and we’re absolutely thrilled with the results. My home was hit hard by the January storms. The damaged included tree limb punctures and tears to the roof and impact fractures in the kitchen rafters. The damaged to the roof allowed water to pour in and damage in my kitchen ceiling, wall, flooring, and subfloor (kitchen& bathroom). Additionally, the high wind ripped off and bent the siding on 3 sides of my home. I had just bought my home six months earlier and was heart sick at the extensive damage my cute little house had suffered. Since my home was new to me and just flipped, I was very picky about the repairs and demanded assurance my home would look like it did prior to the storm damage. Advance Restoration Plus sent me Dave. He and his team were just fantastic! They repaired my home and met my end result expectations. Not only did Dave and his team restore my home but they also repired a couple small issues ( frozen lock and broken bathroom drawer track) items that were on my to do list once life was back to normal. It is the beginning of 2023, and those atmospheric rainstorms are pounding California. You thought you were safe while your friends and family complained about leaks and roof issues from it all. One day when your cute kitten is clawing at the backyard entry mat, you think to yourself, "Aww that's cute, but what is she clawing at? A bug?". Upon inspection, you realize the beautiful 2-year-old flooring (a reason you purchased the house two years ago) is warped and looks saturated. This was me and my wife's first experience in owning a home, and thus, our first time dealing with an insurance claim for weather-related damage. We called our insurance company, who then dispatched out an adjuster to look at the damage. The moisture had gone from the door, to about ten feet into the house (which is our living room). Our insurance then sent out Advanced Restoration Plus Inc. to manage the water mitigation. They removed two sections around the door and located the damage. I have heard and read horror stories of restoration companies: long repair times, poor communication, and mismanagement of setting customer's expectations. Our experience with Advanced Restoration Plus was exceptional. From our first phone call with Aspen at their office setting up our appointments, to Dave our Project Manager. Everyone was extremely helpful and communicated with us during each step. We had to have a pack out. They packed our living room and family room up, into a storage pod they parked outside our house. It was nerve-racking watching Jason and Austin carry our furniture out the door, but they managed everything with such care and professionalism it was a relief. They worked with around the factors of having a 3-year-old and two cats running around while they worked. Our son loved giving high fives and fist bumps to each of the employees. They repaired the water mitigation, replaced all the flooring, and painted walls and ceilings that were damaged during the water mitigation repair. The quality of the work was amazing. The new flooring looks better than the original flooring. There were a couple issues that arose with work of baseboard replacement (that was first done by the crew that repaired and painted the walls) around the fireplace. The cut of the baseboard was squared off instead of following the shape of the fireplace edge. Jason replaced it with a new piece that he cut, and it looks amazing. Every question or concern we had throughout the entire process was answered far quicker than expected. I hesitated asking Dave questions on a weekend (as they primarily work a M-F workweek), but he answered whenever he could. Thank you, Dave. Thank you, Jason. Thank you, Austin. Thank you to the office staff we worked with, Carrie and Aspen. Thank you to the painters, and the flooring crew at S&G. If you're looking for a great company to do your carpet cleaning, look no further these are the folks that you need to call. I'm somewhat of a picky person, so after there first initial cleaning (which was very good) there was still some areas that i wanted to be cleaner, so they came out a total of 4 times to satisfy me, at no extra charge. I don't know of any other company that would do that. I'm extremely happy with the company as a whole, and i want to thank Jessica (receptionist), as well as Erin, & his wife & daughter which were the people that helped me. Great Job! Gary
