We got recommended RESCO from a plumber we had come by about a possible leak/floor damage we were having. Sure enough, we had mold!! RESCO was professional and thorough throughout the whole process. I had dealt with Micheal (thanks Micheal!) and he was very easy to work with! Great at explaining every step and making sure my house stayed clean! We have a new baby and I appreciated the extra caution he took. Great customer service! And always on time! We had Trevor (or was it Travis!??) that helped us out too and he was great also. I was going to wait until my laundry room was completely done to write this review, but unfortunately the company they recommend hasn’t started and it’s been almost three weeks (ahhh!!!!!) 0_0 ….sooooo I didn’t want to wait too long and forget!! Worth the review! And worth hiring! Thanks RESCO ****Would not suggest the construction company Advance Forward they recommended.****

Erick Garibay and team did a wonderful job on our house. I had an emergency water damage situation (upstairs primary bathroom with flooding water to our kitchen immediately below) and called RESCO on Saturday evening. They sent Erick out Sunday morning. He measured the water saturation in the affected area and started work on Sunday to try and stop the spread of water. The RESCO team worked hard throughout the week to minimize damage to our kitchen and primary bathroom. Erick was very communicative and helpful throughout. We were most concerned about preventing mold from starting and making sure everything was thoroughly dried out. Unfortunately, the water did significant damage, but we felt we were in good hands with Erick from RESCO.

I thought I had a mold problem over the holidays. One guy came out, immediately quoted me $3k, and said he could start right then which felt off. So I got a second opinion and called RESCO. They had someone out within a couple hours. They explained everything clearly, even warned me about tearing out more of the wall since I had already opened part of it for safety. They checked for moisture, looked for any real concerns, and were upfront that they didn’t think I needed the expensive work I was told. Instead, they suggested getting an actual mold test for peace of mind and then hiring a company to repair and treat the termite damage they did find. I’m big on honesty, and these guys were exactly that. They didn’t try to take my money or sell me something unnecessary — and in times like these, that means everything. I’d recommend them ten times over. Honestly, after this experience, I don’t want to call anyone else. If you’re worried about something in your home, call RESCO. They’ll shoot you straight.

Gideon and Nathan were incredibly knowledgeable, walked me through everything they were seeing, and made the entire process feel effortless. On top of that, they were friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure I understood the next steps. I recently had a lot of work done by RESCO and I couldn't be happier with the results! From start to finish, the entire experience was fantastic. Jordan was the lead on my job and I don’t think I could have gotten through this process without his help. Him and his team were timely, responsive, overly communicative, and worked with empathy and care, knowing the damage done was going to impact me and my tenants. He helped coordinate all of the other contractors to get the job done and even followed up after his portion of the job was done to check in a see if I needed anything else. The cost is worth the thorough job they do a the relief of stress they provide. Thank you Jordan & Resco for being amazing to work with!

RESCO was amazing! My plumber recommended them after we found a small pinhole leak in the wall that had eaten through drywall and caused mold. Jordan and Dakota were quick, professional, and kept everything well-contained and sealed off. Samantha from the office made scheduling and communication super easy. They were efficient, knowledgeable, and turned a stressful situation into a smooth process. Highly recommend RESCO!
