The past couple of weeks at our home have been traumatic due to water damage that occurred in our attic, laundry room, adjoining bedroom and hallway. This situation was made much easier to deal with when we started working with Nadav and his team from Preferred Water Damage. This company was recommended to us, and expedited response to get the drying process underway, thereby quickly mitigating damage. In doing so, we were able to avoid a much more costly home damage scenario. Their people were very professional, honest, personable and forthcoming with answers to our questions. Nadav was especially personable and helpful in putting us at ease, and working with us to ensure we got our home back in working order. A true professional. Preferred Water Damage was very responsive to our water issue. They were quick to diagnose it and immediately began the cleanup/dry out process. They remained in contact throughout the week and fixed the issue swiftly. The crew was very nice and answered all our questions. Very professional. Highly recommend.

Have you heard the phrase "I have your back"? Preferred Water Damage, and more specifically NaDav Einav, has our back. In our bathroom we discover the wall behind the toilet, next to the shower had some give and we knew that was not the norm. We decided the best thing to do was seek out professional help and upon doing our due diligent we determined Preferred Water Damage was the company to call. NaDav answered our call and took immediate action. Upon testing with his equipment moisture was detected in several areas, but there was no visible source for the moisture and all areas were dry to the touch. He called in a leak detection specialist and the finding was the wax ring under the toilet was the source of the leak. At this point NaDav knew we had a huge problem. He called in a Mold Hygienist and black mold was detected. Upon those findings he secure our bathroom and set up two air scrubbers which are high-tech air filtration systems that remove pollutants from the air. NaDav comes to our home daily to monitor this equipment. He will continue to be with us until our water damage restoration is completed. He is not only professional, but he is also a kind and caring person and only has our best interests in mind. Linda & Kay

Edit: I reviewed this company prior to seeing the billing practices…. Owner notified of my questions regarding validity of some of the billed for services and awaiting response. I will leave my original 5 stars at this time to see if he will correct the billing and I will update my review when it is resolved. Original review: I would absolutely recommend Preferred Water Damage for any water damage related incidents. Nadav came out and got everything set up and running smoothly to help dry out from a broken/leaking pipe. He explained the entire process (even repeating it multiple times when I had forgotten and had to ask again) cheerily and with great patience. He was very thorough with making sure everything was dried out correctly to ensure no biogrowth (mold, mildew etc). I hope we never need the services again but if so Preferred Water Damage has a customer for life!

Nadav and his team were a huge help in securing our home from a water intrusion. Their prompt action and advice stabilized the environment and prevented further, costly damage. Nadav came to the rescue very late in the day when our wood flooring installer detected moisture in the slab behind our master bathroom. Our shower pipe was leaking and we were not even aware of it! We called a plumber who detected the leak and recommended Preferred Water Damage for quick moisture removal. Nadav was at our house within 2 hours and advised us on the process needed to remove the moisture. He setup his equipment right then and there and proceeded to monitor it daily for 5 days, explaining every step of the process and showing us the moisture readings along the way. When he was satisfied that the moisture was removed, only then did he take up the equipment. A plumber fixed the leak and the floor installers confirmed that the moisture problem was gone. I was very happy with the work this company did and their responsiveness, quick action and continued monitoring of the situation until it was resolved. I would recommend Nadav and his company to anyone needing this service.
