Protegrity Restoration

The plumber we hired recommended Protegrity Restoration. He called Jerold and Jerold was at our house in 45 minutes! Very kind, easy to talk to and understand about what is about to happen with our kitchen flood. They personally deal with the insurance so there is no out of pocket expense for my situation. Nathan came today (even though I was late letting him in) he was still very kind and informative because I had a couple questions. Overall, this company so far is highly recommended. I will update my review after the process is over with.

Excellent Work!! Anthony, the Project Manager came to my house on time, explained the required work that needed to be done and answered my questions. Justin and Tony were sent to do the work and they did an Outstanding Job!! I only met Justin and he was kind, well mannered and a hard working young man! We had a long-time leak from the hot water connection in the laundry box that had gone unnoticed and it had grown so much mold and bacteria that it looked like a huge candle had been melted over it. The handle underneath all that gunk had actually disintegrated. As it was the weekend, Garrett Jerothe with Protegrity (recommended by my plumber) came out on Monday, cleaned that away and opened the wall behind the washer and dryer. There was evidence of mold there as well, which he cleaned up and sprayed with an antimicrobial agent. He put up a containment wall which separated the washer/dryer from the rest of the laundry room, then installed a heavy duty HEPA vacuum and dehumidifier. Two days later an air sample was taken and the test came back clear 2 days after that. I called Protegrity and Nathan Alderman came right out to remove the equipment and the containment wall. Both men were very professional, courteous, personable and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions as I watched them work. I am very happy with my experience with Protegrity and will recommend them highly to anyone needing their services! Thank you!

Did a great job from start to finish. Omar came out to do the mold inspection, friendly and knowledgeable, answered all my questions and stayed in contact with me while I worked with my insurance. Frankie and Justin were sent out to do the work. They showed up on time, walked me through what they were going to do and kept me up to speed throughout the whole process. They were friendly, professional, and even pointed out some issues in my wall that I hadn’t noticed. Would highly recommend!

Protegrity Restoration Came right out when I called, they actually came in the evening Ryan did a great he knew what he was doing. Very professional and courteous. He even removed his shoes when he had to enter my house to check for any other areas that were affected by the leak in my garage. He did a great Job setting up the dehumidifier to leave for a few days to dry out my ceiling. 4 days to dry it out. Then to close out the Job they sent another worker Martin He was very courteous and professional took down the covering from the ceiling . He also took his shoes off when he came in to my home I appreciate that so much as I don’t wear shoes in my house from the outside. I recommend Protegrity Restoration they do awesome work and worked out a generous price, still a lot but that’s what these jobs are costly . I was very satisfied in the end . I will keep there unfortunately and call if I ever need them again. if I could give 10 stars I would they deeper e recognition. Thank you so much Protegrity Restoration.

Extremely responsive and professional. Came out late Saturday evening after we had a pipe burst in our ceiling and showed up set everything up and within 2-3 days were dry and no mold! Thank you Tony, Nathan and Garrett! You’ve all been so great this past week and we couldn’t thank you enough.

Great experience with Protegrity! They were recommended by our general contractor. Jerold came out the day after we called regarding an area in our bathroom that we kept having a recurring dark spot on the wall. He tested the area and it was wet, then tested the area for mold and unfortunately it was positive. His crew then came in and proceeded with the remediation process and sealed off the area. They worked seamlessly with our insurance and contractor, with great communication. We recently had them out again fearing the same situation was occurring in our master bath. Fortunately, Jerold was able to check it out and quickly found it was a leaky valve, but no mold. We appreciate Jerold and the crew at Protegrity for providing quality service. Thank you!!
