Drytech

After a leak at my mom’s house that went into her kitchen, bedroom, closet and living room, the plumber suggested we call Brandon at Drytech. Brandon was there the next business day, and I expressed to him how frustrated I was with a previous experience with a different company a few years ago and didn’t want to go thru that again. Brandon assured me this would be different…..and wow, was he right. Clint was an amazing PM and Roberto who led the team onsite was incredible. They promised they’d have all work done in four days….maybe five. I was doubtful, but by the end of the first day, I could tell he was right. The team was quick, courteous, and the whole project was done in four days. Not only that but Clint helped work with insurance on my behalf to make sure all aspects were covered. He advocated for us to make sure it was all taken care of and took care of things I was overwhelmed in dealing with. He was way more help than our adjuster was. All in all….five star plus experience. Thank you to Brandon, Clint and Roberto for a great job and I fully intend to tell everyone to give your team a call when things like this happen.

Drytech is my go-to for any kind of home repair/project needs. Brandon Moore is fantastic and always my first call; he has handled 2 separate mitigation jobs for us over the last couple of years after we had plumbing leaks, and even helped us to file our home insurance claims. The most recent leak ended up being a pretty big repair/remodel bathroom project after the mitigation part was done, so Brandon introduced me to Clint Barnett, who is a fantastic project manager! Clint worked through every detail with me (multiple times, as I always have lots of questions); he was patient and forthcoming; he worked with my insurance company’s claims adjuster back and forth several times in order to get the funds needed for the proper repairs, and generally made this whole project go as smoothly and quickly as possible. Clint’s main contractor, Roberto, is top notch as well! You can tell Roberto is very experienced and great at what he does. He and his crew were very efficient in getting their part of the work done, and they did a great job. I love my repaired and remodeled bathroom. It looks brand new and the quality of the workmanship is obvious. I will definitely use them again for future projects.

I would like to thank Drytech for all of their help with my claim. Ken was super helpful and got the guys out here quickly. Bill Stevens then took over and was so knowledgeable about the products and process that I felt really at ease with the construction process. I m so glad they took care of everything even helping me get a dishwasher fixed that had nothing to do with the water damage. 10/10 Bill and Drytech were amazing and will be my first call every time Thank you again for everything.

I couldn’t be happier with my bathroom remodel, and it’s all thanks to Bill and the team at Drytech. Bill, the project manager, was a pleasure to work with. He’s super friendly, knowledgeable, and really helped guide me through the whole process—especially when it came to picking out the tile. His expertise was invaluable, and I felt confident with every decision. Bill also communicated really well throughout the project, keeping me updated and making sure I was always in the loop. The entire Drytech team was professional, talented, and efficient. They did an amazing job, and I love my new bathroom! I had a house fire in May of 25 the two guys from this company I worked with were Adam and Bill Adam started the process with me and gave me comfort that things would go fairly quickly and there would be plenty of open communication. Bill did his best on keeping to that promise and I respect that about a service company. I am satisfied with my repairs and the efforts the team took to go through these repairs

Drytech did an incredible job fixing our kitchen. In particular, we were very impressed with Christian on the restoration team for his responsiveness, professionalism, and diligence in handling our renovation quickly and effectively. Drytech was able to handle our mitigation and restoration in house, making the process much quicker.

Drytech SAVED us!!! We recently had a leak in one of our pantry walls that could have caused major damage if it wasn’t found and fixed quickly, however, Brandon and his team were on it the moment we called! We did end up having to replace our entire first level flooring, but Drytech made the entire process easy. Clint, our Project Manager, was there at every step from dealing with our insurance company to helping us pick out new floors. He gave us great info on the flooring type we selected and was just so honest with us. This was our first major home project/issue to work through so it was nice to have guidance on the decisions we had to make. Roberto and his team installed our new floors in 1 day! They were so kind and courteous, making sure to take care of our furniture and decor. The entire Drytech team is amazing! We’ll use them again and again if the need ever arises.
