Restoration 1 of Birmingham

I had water leak in my Celing. Restoration 1 came out, and started the process Jeff did the Mitigation, which he explain to me what he going to do step by step, He was very helpful, also Barry came and he did the project estimate. He was patience and helpful with me for letting me know the steps that need to taken, I was so undecided about what to do he was helpful about assuring me that we could still get the right paint. I would use them again. Thank you so much to both of you.

These guys are amazing. Joshua, Jeff and Robert were all extremely professional. They did a great job, keeping everything contained and as clean and tidy as possible. This is not the first time I have had to use restoration one. They are always on time and communicate very well throughout the whole process.

Josh and Robert were great to work with. They communicated well as to when they were going to come out and check on the drying of the affected areas. They were flexible with my schedule and cleaned up the debris also. Great company and guys to work with. My first time with this company. Jeff is our project manager and has been a pleasure to work with. He is very knowledgeable about the process and answers all of our questions.

Very pleased and satisfied with the current work that was done to our house. Very satisfied with the construction manager Marty D. He was very professional and delivered as promised. The construction crew that came in to do the work was outstanding. I recommend that everybody that payer a part in getting my house back together receives a raise.

Amazing service from Josh, Rob and Chaz! They came out immediately, took care of all the damage quickly and professionally, and were very kind throughout the whole process. Explained everything to me that was very easy to understand and left me worry free! I highly recommend this company.
