Quick Dry Restoration

I was recommended to go with Quick Dry by our plumber and we’re glad we did! Penny and her team worked hard to ensure that we had a great experience with the restoration of our water damaged hardwood floors. Even when there were bumps in the road, Quick Dry worked with us to find solutions and continually demonstrated integrity along the way. The water remediation, drywall, paint job, and flooring installation exceeded our expectations. This is a great company who works with capable contractors.

Great experience overall and I'd use/recommend their services in the future! Background - we had some water damage to the floors resulting in mold/warping of floors. Sherrod - came and did the initial inspection; very thorough and followed up w/ me proactively and set proper expectations. Isaac and Trevor - they did the actual project, removing part of the floor, mold remediation, and setting up equipment; very professional and didn't dily daly. Great experience with Quick Dry Restoration! Had an unexpected AC leak cause a good amount of dry wall damage. From the second Sherrod took on the job I knew that we were in good hands. From the initial visit to the repairs, he was kind, informative and showed the utmost professionalism with every encounter we had. 10/10 service and I would recommend this company to anyone.

PROFESSIONALS!!!! PERFECTIONISTS!!!!PHANTASTIC! Haha in all seriousness Sherrod came in swinging when he inspected my house and knew exactly what needed to be done. Talked about how great of service he promised to do and would accommodate in any way needed to make myself and the property management company happy. Then today he and John came in and tackled the job like some Super Bowl winners. Not only demolishing the damaged Sheetrock but setting the drying equipment and cleaning up their mess. I gotta say my old school mom would be proud of these boys. Tomorrow there is more to be done but I gotta hand it to this company for using great communication, staying on task and safely making this disaster be partially livable while they make things better. A+ and a definite go to for anyone needing any water damage restoration fixes in the future.

My upstairs bathroom had a broken pipe leading to a water leak and a mold issue which reached below into the garage. I had very bad experience with a well known company, who provided minimal help and very expensive prices. I reached out to Quick Dry and Sherrod . I got a decent quote and they did work very neatly and professionally. They communicated well and did a nice job. I would highly recommend him for mold inspection and removal.

I had a very exceptional experience with Quick Dry. We had a leak from AC and it caused the water was coming up through the floor. I call Quick Dry on Sat afternoon and they setup a schedule to inspect and give me an estimate on following Mon. Because the property is my rental property, I hope that contractor would arrive on-time so I can be there. Sherrod arrived on-time to inspect the damage. He spent time to inspect my floor, took the measurement of moisture and gave me the damage assessment, Surprisingly, he told me that my floor was dried and I do not need a restoration job, just use a fan and dehumidifier to ensure the floor is completely dried. Honestly, I did not expect it. Even if he told me there will be small job, I am still very pleased. I wish that there will be more honest companies like Quick Dry, it will help home owners with time and monetary. I'd appreciate very much for time and effort Sherrod provided me . I'd recommend Quick Dry for any restoration jobs you need.
