Kevin and his team at American Restoration were amazing from start to finish. Our project manager, Dan, kept us apprised of every step along the process and worked around my crazy schedule. Their team was professional, kind, helpful and very clean. We had a small hiccup at the end and Kevin took care of it quickly and over the top of what he needed to do. I would 100% recommend them to anyone going through a Home Restoration project.

American Build restored my home after a flood caused by my dishwasher. They were prompt- professional and excellent in every aspect of the cleanup and repairs. Both the Office Manager Jocasta the Job Site Forman Harold were always accessible for questions and discussions about the process and progress of the work. I very highly recommend this team for your project needs. I feel like I have a brand new house!

I never thought we would experience a fire in our home, but in late April it happened—an electrical fire that started due to faulty wiring where power is brought into our house. Fortunately I was home when it began so I caught it in time to save the house. There was minimal outside damage. Firefighters, however, bashed in our wall. While all this was happening, Greg Morris with American Restoration Solutions called me. I told him I wasn’t ready to do anything at this time, but, undeterred, he reached out again after I talked to whomever my homeowner insurance referred (I would never hire that company). Long story short, we hired American Restoration Solutions to do the work and are beyond happy with the outcome. From advocating on our behalf with the insurance company, asbestos mitigation (yes, the walls were built with asbestos), putting the room in question back together, fixing problems after the bulk of work was completed, and more, we beyond satisfied with the company. We would certainly hire them again if their services are needed, and will certainly refer them to friends if the need should arise. Special shout outs to Greg, Aaron, Jerry, and Dan for their great good work, their support, and help in navigating what would certainly have been a more stressful situation if they were not on their game. I recently had a significant issue when a pipe broke in my home, causing water damage. I was overwhelmed and unsure of how to proceed with the cleanup and restoration. Thankfully, I contacted American Restoration Solutions , and I couldn't be more pleased with their service. From the moment I called, their project manager Ben was incredible. Ben and his team showed empathy and professionalism, helping me navigate the entire rebuild process step by step. Ben took the time to explain what needed to be done and helped navigate with my insurance company. Ben kept me informed throughout the restoration. Ben and his team's attention to detail and commitment to quality was evident, making a stressful situation much more manageable. I really can't speak highly enough about American Restoration Solutions. My basement had about four and a half to 5 ft of standing water from the recent flood. My street was one particularly hard hit. We lost literally everything in our basement and garage area. We had rooms that were just a mass of mangled tools and bicycles and construction supplies... we couldn't get the door open it was just impassable. The floors throughout were lined with slippery sludge which made working pretty treacherous. We don't have flood insurance, and we're very worried about the mounting expenses. Kevin came to assess our property personally. He answered all our questions, made us feel more at ease, and was able to provide a very reasonable estimate in real time. He said he would be back tomorrow morning with a crew, and would have us completely cleaned out and gutted in a day. He and his crew were on site first thing the next morning. Every member of his crew worked so hard... Honestly, I don't think they ever slowed down. They were pleasant and smiling even though they were covered in mud, and who knows what. They were very experienced, and nicely took charge, ensuring that we had photos of all our possessions which would be needed in the event there is any financial aid to be had. We received the photo report the next day. It was nice to see such an incredible work ethic, from the CEO to the ground team. They did in a day what I don't think we could have accomplished in weeks. They made a terrible situation easier to get through.
