Rainbow Restoration of Fort Lauderdale

We live in a condominium and had water damage from the unit above. Allstate sent Rainbow Restoration to mitigate the damages. From the time Mark showed up to evaluate the situation, we felt we were in Good Hands, just like the commercial says. Throughout the process, Mark was always available to take my calls and address my concerns. The following day, two Rainbow employees arrived and began removing the flooring so it could dry out. I’m writing this review because I want to complement the two employees, Josh and Richard for their professionalism. They showed up on time both days scheduled. They were courteous and very respectful of our home. Each day, they cleaned up and removed the debris. Great job guys. Thank you

After initiating a claim with the insurance company, I was contacted by Fernando who immediately came out to assess the situation. That same day he dispatched Jason and his team to begin drying out the damage from a pipe leak. Due to delays from the insurance company, it was a couple of months before a new team, Josh and Richard, came out to start demolition and remediation of mold. Josh was awesome with communication throughout the several day process and both of them always left the house spotless. So thankful to have had Josh and Richard- respectful, professional and trustworthy- start to finish! Thank you, gentleman!

I certainly will recommend and have already mentioned the Rainbow Restorations Company for giving us a stress-free opportunity during the water damage and mold remediation of our home. I am very thankful to Ion and the staff for taking care of this project in an accurate, professional, and quick response time along with Allstate. The team was informative, friendly, considerate, thorough! Jason in particular, and Fernando as well. They came on time, cleaned up after, brainstormed to fix every detail. Jason anchored my bookcase better than the original builder. And thought to pile the equipment on my porch so I could lock up more quickly and get to work. Thank you

No words can express how grateful I am to have the Rainbow Restoration crew Josh and Richard fix the damage in my home over a faulty water heater.
