Enrique was very professional, patient and attentive. He took the time to explain the process and answered all the questions I had regarding the mold sanitation of my home before and after the job was completed. If you're looking for anything environmental related, he is your guy. I would recommend his services 100%.

Armando was prompt and explained what needed to be done. He was very detailed on the steps to take in order for this to work. Armando was also informed about my illnesses and my Mothers . We were told we would need to leave the house for 15 minutes while the workers were spraying the home ! Armando arrived with shoe covers on he also said we wouldn’t have to cover anything because the spray is safe . His workers showed up early before the HVAC Company. Armando was very adamant that the AC be done first before they could start . We ended up needing an entire AC system . However SANI EFFECT proceeded before the AC unit was replaced . Sani effect workers took no care in our home they tracked mud into the rooms with carpet and left popcorn ceiling debris everywhere . my makeup and clothing etc were covered. My couch now has the black specks that are everywhere and it’s stained . Why wouldn’t we be warned to cover everything before hand ? all my special cooking stuff had puddles of the stuff they were spraying which we were not told what it is ! My grand baby’s bed also has the black specks. Seeing as mold was found that concerns me. We were never told they would be leaving two very large air purifiers here for 4 days ( the worker said Armando is giving you a day for free lol it was a Sunday that we got free you figure it out ) also everything smelled better with the huge purifiers here ( I have a very hyperactive nose and can smell everything) as soon as they were removed everything went back to how it was ! We were definitely taken advantage of and lied to . For this company to do this to 2 women that have health issues is just disgusting. They were paid in full prior . Also all the ducts were not cleaned . The workers were yelling in the driveway about hurrying up because they had to finish another job. We heard everything they said .

I was overjoyed meeting Enrique from the moment my mold nightmare started as he was an angel in my mess. His crew were meticulous and caring and really knew what they were doing to the extent that I went to Enrique with all questions having to do with anything regarding my place as he is honest and well versed on all to do with clean home living and being safe from mold. My experience was fabulous and they were fair with me and went above and beyond the job scope and taught me things that most companies would keep to themselves to help me get a clear mold test! I am most grateful for Tanya who was so kind to me and mentally helped me get through this most challenging time out of my home over Christmas and even recommended a good painter / floor person. I was referred to them by my ac company who is church family and I am so thankful for that as it made things that were a mess - right! Thanks Enrique and Miguel - Tanya and all of your workers who I love! I am a yacht and charter broker and will refer them for any yachts reporting mold for sure!

Sani effect is a very good and professional company , I dealt with them in the past on two commercial properties for mold removal , they did a good job but of course the buildings were empty , currently the company is doing a big job at my residence , water leak and Mold removal and I must say that I am more then impressed with how professional they are , I had to move out of my house for the mold removal and left all my belongings at home not knowing it is a big Job . Sani effect handled my furniture and personal belongings with so much care that I was impressed, they covered my furniture with plastic and sealed it , anything needed moving they moved it with care , they sealed my cabinets , pantry , and clothings in a very professional way , they took care of my belongings like if they belong to them , I am so great full and appreciative to the company , Rodrigo is the project manager is great and his team is excellent and Armando who I think the president of the company is great too. Great team , great work , professional and honest with their work and all the way around . I hardly ever write a review and I had to write this one because I am impressed and appreciative and would recommend them to anybody , Armando , Rodrigo , Enrique and the rest of the Team , Thank you very much , even you still on the last part of the house now doing the garage but I couldn’t wait until you done to thank you . And of course I can’t forget about the sweet Lady in the office Tania and the nice gentleman Kyle
