Kennedy Restoration

Kennedy Restoration just completed mitigation and renovation of my home after it was flooded. They were exceptional in communication and workmanship, and went out of their way to accommodate my needs. Erik Roth was in nearly daily contact, his patience and support were invaluable. He was a great help in working with the insurance adjusters and HOA representatives. I was out of town during the mitigation but I was kept informed daily via email, phone calls and pictures. Aaron and his renovation team not only coordinated expertly, but their workmanship and professionalism were exceptional. And to top it off the "contents" girls who packed and unpacked everything and moved furniture were amazing. They took pictures of everything, were efficient, and extremely careful with delicate items. I couldn't be more pleased.

A water leak in your home can be overwhelming. Fortunately Kennedy Restoration promptly responded to our crisis, after hours no less, and set our minds at ease with a professional and knowledgeable approach to determining the cause and the remedy. The Remediation equipment was quickly setup and damage was minimized by the quick response. The restoration process was similarly timely, efficient and conscientious. Thank you Kennedy Restoration

This company restored our bedroom and bathroom after a pickup truck ran into the outside of our home. They kept us abreast of everything they were doing, they made sure we were onboard with everything they needed to do They showed up when they were supposed to. I absolutely enjoyed working with Erik and Aaron. I highly recommend this company for any restoration.

Edited 5/1/25 - Kennedy restoration response to my review is testiment this conpany has no regard for thier customers. Kennedy you did complete the repairs per my invoice from the hoa manangment we paid over $131k in repairs. I have reciepts. And secondly I was displaced for almost a year because of this flooding and a second water leak unrelated but it took months to keep stock of my personals once we were able to get back to the unit. The second incident in july you are correct kennedy was only hired to mitigate becasue we did not want to use you for repairs since our first experience from earlier on 2024 was atrocious. I am not updating my review becuse you did infact repair my unit and condo building poorly at that. My experience with Kennedy Restoration was the worst ever. For a company that helps people in crisis situations, they truly fell short with my home flooding damages. Not only were the repairs dragged out, but they were not completed in certain areas. There was a crack already in the brand new ceiling they installed. The carpet they treated had red stains on them in two rooms. Those red stains were not there prior to the flood. They didn't mask anything for painting and got paint and paint splatters all over my windows cabinets floor and counter tops. And the big kicker that really got me the most with these people is that they employee theives. We only had 1 room not affected by the flood and kept a lot of our personal items in it. There is no reason their employees should have entered this room. Yet a very priceless bracelet that I was given by my dead grandma was missing. My mother's wedding ring was stolen and a large bottle of wine was stolen. I am heartbroken over my grandma's bracelet. It was the only thing I had left of her. What is wrong with these people. Thanks for knocking me down when I was already at my worse with my home destroyed. I would never recommend these people EVER.

Erik Roth and Aaron Metcalf are the best. My rental house had water/mold damage and after dealing with Paul Davis Restoration for 5 months, lack of communication, no timelines, and collecting money from insurance company and didn't do ANYTHING I FIRED them and hired Erik Roth from Kennedy Restoration. These guys kept me on budget, constant communication and reassuring me of dates for completion. I would recommend these two from Kennedy Restoration and would love to work with them in the future.

I had accidentally left the water running in the kitchen in the apartment that I was renting on December 1st, 2019, and it had over-run from there into the living room, and they hired Kennedy Restoration, via Reba Bailey, to fix the issues and wasn’t completed until January 24th of 2020. Ms. Bailey refused to speak to me or answer my questions, however, after an $8000 estimate I was given a generous 10% discount after 13 requests for copies of estimates and prices. I’m a single parent, Kennedy took advantage of the fact that I didn’t have insurance, while the apartment manager told me that I had no say so and did a remodel on my dime. I got a second opinion, and they stated that it should have been about a $2800 job. 1. There was a random hole that popped up while I was on vacation (Merry Christmas!) that they were going to charge me in the laundry room. 2. There was a random spot of white paint on green paint by my china cabinet in the dinning room about 3 feet off the floor where there wasn’t any water damage. Why was that there? 3. Kennedy didn’t hook up the dishwasher to the water valve when re-attaching appliances. I had to put in a work order and wait a week for my apartments to attach it. $64.56- Where’s my refund? 4. They charged me work on the ceiling when there was 1 inch of water on the floor. 5. They used 2 Large Dehumidifiers and 2 Air Movers for a Kitchen and Livingroom in a 990 SQ FT. Apartment. It felt like the tropics in July for a week. $966.50 6. The linoleum that was glued to the concrete floor that was dried with no damage, but, Kennedy ripped it up and replaced it with higher end vinyl and chipboard that more than doubled the cost. $602.25 7. They drilled air holes in the drywall above the trim instead of under the trim, and then replaced 18 inches more of undamaged drywall. 8. The cupboards were dry, however, they took them out, repainted them, and brought them back in. $801.79 9. They broke some of the counter top off while removing it.

Hello, this is an unusual Review as its Not abt a Fire Restoration or I’m a Customer in that Regard: But I want to do an Acknowledgement to Matthew, who works for Kennedy Restoration — for his Prompt Addressing my Concern and Apologizing for a Driver of one of the Kennedy Van Delivery? Persons. On 07/17, a Kennedy Restoration Van and I were both Traveling abt 65mph on the 205, near the 205 and 84 Junction — when (I believe a FedEx Truck) was on the other side of this Van in the Outer lane. Suddenly the Van Swerved into MY Lane without Signaling or anything— I had to Slam on my Brakes, and Honked like Mad to avoid — what could’ve been a Huge Collision. He kept going, without any Response— So I took a photo, after I collected myself— I Called Kennedy Restoration, who’s Receptionist refused to Acknowledge what happened— even tho I said I had photos. So I called the next day again, Got a Different Man who immediately put me to a Voicemail, and their Rep Matthew called, left Me a VM, said they take such Incidents Seriously and am Apologized for the Near-Accident. We connected later, where I sent the Photos and he was very Helpful and Reassured they will Check the Driver and Apologized again for what happened. I was very Impressed with his Service, as the 2nd man and KNEW— this was what this Company was about when I saw their Website. So Thank you very much. -SC
