Dryworx Water Damage Restoration

Today I had Johnny, Sheldon and Luke from Dryworx working on the water mitigation and drying out of my kitchen area due to a leaking dish washer. Right after I made my claim The project manager Tim came out within 20-30 minutes that evening, took readings, inspected the crawl space and set up a dehumidifier. He is easy to get in contact with by phone or text. So far so good with this first phase of the restoration process. These guys were friendly, polite and careful when removing my counter top with attached sink and the faces of the cabinets for future reinstallment. I do recommend this company.

Dryworx showed up within 2 hrs from us calling. The tech Darrell was great. He made us feel at ease about our water problem and helped by talking to the plumber and our insurance company. He kept in touch with us and explained in detail what needed to be done to clean up our water overflow. We will not hesitate to use Dryworkx in the future if needed. Seth was FANTASTIC!! This is my second time using dryworx for an issue caused by my homes manufacturer. Both times the dryworx team came out promptly and immediately began to work on drying out the water and diagnosing the problem. Darrell came out to give me an estimate and was honest and thorough in his assessment. He taught me a lot and helped me understand what to prioritize when it comes to moisture mitigation in my house. While his assessment didn't turn up anything that needed immediate attention you can bet this will be the company I call should anything arise.

They came in got equipment and everything set up that they needed to get my water leak mess dried up. They monitored daily and kept in open communication to how the process was going. The did the same when it was time to came back and removed the equipment and cleaned up when that portion was done. I appreciate the open communication that I received from Darrell.As this step is completed , I know with next upcoming steps, I will get the same amazing service.
