I cannot recommend this business enough!! I called half a dozen cabinet makers and no one would take my small repair job. Not only did James and his team take care of the work they did it with speed and fantastic communication. If you need help - definitely call them!!

Pros: - Competitive pricing - Flexibility to accommodate last-minute changes Cons: - Delayed project completion - Subpar craftsmanship - Lack of communication I hired them to reconstruct my kitchen after mold remediation, which included drywall installation, painting, and cabinetry restoration. Initially, I was impressed by their quick response and competitive quote, and their positive reviews here gave me confidence in choosing them. The primary contact, James, was prompt in providing an estimate, and the team seemed professional at the beginning. Unfortunately, the experience went downhill from there. The project, initially quoted as a one week job, finally ended up taking three weeks. Workers didn’t show up as scheduled, and I was often not informed of these changes, which was frustrating as I was staying at a temporary accommodation and had to travel to provide access, only to find out no one was coming after waiting for several hours. Even when I requested an updated schedule, it was either delayed or not followed. There also seemed to be a communication issue between James and the workers, with information I shared not being relayed properly. The quality of work was also disappointing. After two weeks, the project was declared "complete," but I found numerous issues, including crooked cabinet doors and drawers, leaking drain, and improperly installed outlets. Despite multiple rounds of follow-up to address these problems, not all were resolved satisfactorily. I eventually gave up due to the prolonged disruption to my family’s life. While they were flexible in accommodating an additional sink installation (quoted as an extra day of work), the overall lack of communication, poor craftsmanship, and failure to meet deadlines made this a frustrating experience. I cannot recommend them based on this experience, and I hope they address these issues for future customers.

I would recommend James and the Paul Davis Restoration team and I didn't even end up using them! Their professionalism and advice and willingness to accomodate my needs were extremely helpful in my process! I ultimately had to go another route due to insurance and timing issues (on my side, not Paul Davis's side) but would 100% recommend them for any restoration needs. I will definitely consider using them for future projects and truly appreciated their customer service throughout my restoration journey. 🙂

I've never done a renovation before. We didn't have to tear down walls but we replaced bathrooms, kitchen countertops. Paul Davis did a great job. It was relatively painless. It did take a little longer than expected but everybody I talk to said they always ran into that as well. So thank you Paul Davis for doing a great job. The condo looks fabulous!

The Paul David crew was really great. They always arrived on time and gave a heads up call making sure that it was still a good time. If there was a delay due to the heavy rains we were having, they also called. All the follow-up appointments were also done at our convenience. Once here they explained everything they were doing and why. We really appreciated that they gave us options as to how we can get our house back in order. Their work entailed alot of drywall removal etc and it was all cleaned up, every time they were here. It was a very stressful time having floodwater in our house, we were very happy to have our house back to normal thanks to Paul Davis Restoration.
