I had a fantastic experience working with West Coast Restoration. My water heater leaked and flooded part of my condo. They guided me step by step through out the mold removal and restoration process. They also helped me communicate with the insurance. Since I was out of town for the flooring restoration, I couldn't select the new flooring myself. Nathan did a great job select the flooring pattern and color identical to my initial floor. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the result, my room is back to exactly what it was when I left for vacation. Thank you

Albert responded to our call for water /mold remediation in a small back house on our property. He was very professional, explained the several step process involved in the job and provided a bid that was very competitive. The team came a a gew days later and did a good job of removing the damaged area and drying out the room . We recommend them highly .

We’ve hired West Coast Restoration 4 times now. Albert and his team are our go-to whenever we find water damage and mold. Not only are they consistently the best price (we’ve shopped around), but they are very thorough and professional, which we could not say for another remediation company we’ve hired. Albert worked with us when we were in a sticky situation with our condo neighbors. It’s nice to have a contractor that truly cares. I had a need to resolve a water and mold issue professionally without being pushed to go through insurance. I found West Coast Restoration & Cleaning online and they had numerous great reviews. Albert was the manager that I dealt with and he expedited everything quickly which was super helpful. Askia, the technician who came out to assess the situation did a great job explaining his findings. Christian, the technician who opened up the drywall, implemented the dehumidifiers and treated the mold took care in protecting the floors and furniture. Super professional throughout the process. The issues are resolved and everyone is happy. I highly recommend their services!

I have used this company multiple time for our rental properties. Everyone that we have had to work with the company was amazing and knowledgeable. Albert and Ski are couple of the employees that I have had direct contact with on more then one occasion and they always very prompt, on time, considerate of my tenants home, and a pleasure to work with. I appreciate that they always answer our million questions and provide answers to how we should care for our properties after water damage. I highly recommend this company.

I have owned homes and had all kinds of work done on them for 20 years. West Coast Restoration was by far the most courteous and professional business I have ever dealt with. They arrived on time, cleaned my upholstery right then and took my rugs for cleaning. I had just had a minor disaster at the house and the rugs ended up so filthy I was sure I would need to throw them out. But when they brought them back the following week they looked amazing. Just like I had bought new rugs. They also made an exception to their hours of service just to deliver my rugs at a time that worked for me. And finally, the price for all this work was very reasonable. I highly recommend them to everyone needing services from upholstery and rug cleaning through entire restoration after a disaster such as a fire or flood. They also clean the things we tend to forget such as air conditioning and clothes dryer ducts. I will be having them come once a year for a thorough cleaning of everything so I can rest assured that the whole house is as clean and well maintained as possible . If it was possible I would give them a rating higher than 5.
