Runland Renovations

We are very pleased with our laundry room renovation. Starting with thoughtful consultation with Mason as we developed the scope of the work to bring the functionality of the small room to a much better work space. The team of workers were just great. Every person arrived on time, knew what they were to do, and professionally applied their skills. I love the finished space. It is far better than I could have imagined on my own. John is great to work with. This is the third project we have worked with him on , house painting x 2 and now this interior space improvement.

We did a full kitchen remodel with Runland and could not be more pleased with the results! Remodeling is not for the weak, but John and all of his crews made it not only bearable, but in the end beautiful and functional. I appreciated the honest feedback and timely updates on where we were on the project. We will definitely use Runland again for future projects. I am including before and after pics.

Had our kitchen and two and a half baths done. They helped with orders, and planning. Workers were friendly and did great work. Keep everything clean and comfortable as we lived our day to day lives. Did the job beautifuly and quickly without skimping on quality. Beyond happy with the results. Highly recommend them.

Wonderful experience with Runland for a bathroom/laundry room remodel and installation of a custom cabinet upstairs. They always kept in contact, arrived when we were told they would arrive. We knew every step and when it would occur. They. did beautiful work. We would recommend them to anyone.

Where to start with Runland Renovations?! From start to finish it was wonderful working with John and his crew. I have had some nightmare experiences with general contractors in the past, so I really took my time finding the right fit. John was transparent from the beginning, had clear outlines of timeline and expectations of the project (including all the caveats of working on a very old house with a lot of "character"), and did not pressure me in any way. The whole remodel of my kitchen, dining room, laundry room, and the unplanned addition of doing flooring in additional rooms/staircase, only took seven weeks! This included gutting the kitchen, removing a wall, exposing and restructuring a chimney, figuring out how to level a floor that not even foundation specialists could mitigate and dealing with plaster walls/ceilings that crumble when you look at them sideways. They are very detail oriented, leave a clean site and do impeccable work. He had me do multiple walkthroughs. He still checked in after we had moved back in and the project was completed to make sure I had no other concerns. My friends’ and neighbors’ jaws drop when I show them the results and talk about my experience with Runland, then ask for their contact information. Throughout the whole process John was constantly in communication with me. There was someone working on the house every work day, he immediately contacted me with any new old house hiccups, and really made sure the timeline of everything lined up well. I felt completely comfortable having his people in my house, as we were not living there during the project. Overall I am just so impressed with Runland Renovations and thankful that I found them. My house is completely transformed and I am in love with it. They are professional, kind, and fun to work with. Runland Renovations are certainly my go to people for any renovation needs I have in the future. And if you look at the before and after pictures, don't worry I kept the built in and moved it somewhere else!

We had a big kitchen remodel, full flooring replacement, and almost all the trim in our house refreshed—and Runland delivered. They showed up when they said they would, kept us in the loop the whole time, and were always quick to offer helpful suggestions. The owner was easy to reach and genuinely involved, and his team (including subcontractors for floors, cabinets, tile) were skilled, friendly, and took real pride in their work. Everything was 90% done in 2 months, with final touches wrapped up the following month. Highly recommend.

We recently had a complete bathroom renovation completed by Runland (owner John Runland). This was our secondary bathroom, two story/1990's Quadrant home. The bathroom was pretty outdated and downright ugly, with a shower/bathtub combo and less than desirable everything else. A complete transformation to a shower only with glass door/custom cabinetry, tile floor and tile/ceramic in the shower. They did an outstanding job. All the workers on the project were friendly and professional, and the best and most important thing about the job is that it was quality all the way. I highly recommend them. They may not be your lowest bid, but they will be the best!
