I recently had a water line break in my 4 yr old home soaking my living room and kitchen. After trying to tackle the clean up of all the water on our own we knew it was more than we could handle. I called up Servpro right away since I had worked with them in the past yrs. Here it was 1:00am my team showed up and got right to work on our home. My entire team that has been assigned to overseeing our reconstruction project has been very professional, respectful, friendly, understanding and I have got to say their communication has been top notch! I strongly advise against using this company. The level of mismanagement, negligence, and lack of communication I experienced is absolutely unacceptable. It is one thing to require approvals for pricing or to coordinate with home owners, but it is another thing entirely to leave tenants completely in the dark about what work is—or is not—being performed in their own homes. At no point was I given clear updates, explanations, or even basic courtesy regarding the scope of work. That kind of disregard is not just frustrating—it’s reckless. The technicians came to my home to address bathroom mold. Without a single word of communication, they tied my hot and cold water lines together because the shut-off valves were stuck. As a result, my entire home was left with only lukewarm water. I then had to spend hundreds of dollars out of pocket on a plumber to correct the issue, only to learn that the company had neither documented their actions nor accepted any responsibility. Instead, they deflected blame onto others while ignoring their own failure to disclose what they had done. This is not just poor service—it is a blatant lack of professionalism, transparency, and accountability. The company’s refusal to take ownership of their mistakes left me with unnecessary costs, wasted time, and ongoing frustration. If you value your home, your money, and your peace of mind, I cannot emphasize enough: do not hire this company. There are many other providers who will treat you—and your property—with the respect and professionalism that every customer deserves.

Our solar company contracted Black Diamond Roofing Company to install venting in our roof as part of our solar project. It was installed incorrectly, leading to leaks and eventually water dripping out of the canister lights into the kitchen. Thank goodness Servpro is here to help renew our space and replace all the damaged drywall in our ceilings. Mina, Eduardo, and Darren called ahead to let us know when to be expecting them, they arrived on time, had friendly demeanor and were speedy. Also, my items were packed with care and they handed me my most important items directly. Very happy with service and will use again.
