Good Times Plumbing & Restoration

After being referred to them by Parker and Sons, we had our issue resolved timely and efficiently. Goodtimes worked with us every step of the way and everyone involved were extremely helpful and very professional! They all knew what they were doing and very good to answer all my silly questions along the way. I highly recommend them for all your water mitigation needs.

Fast scheduling, fast estimate turnaround, realtors best friend in inspection period! Thank you Ruben and Cody for your time and insights and quickly sent estimates!

Had one good experience with them and one bad. The first time was a pretty average experience with good pricing. The second time they came out the price for the same service doubled in the matter of 5 months. They said it was because of new software that they are using. I am a small business owner myself, and I can confidently say that new software pricing does not justify doubling of prices. The leak that they supposedly fixed happened again one week after the plumber came out, I understand that these things are unpredictable; but I find it strange that I’m having the same issue in such a short amount of time. Also they tried to sell me on things that didn’t even make sense when I had already told them we were on a tight budget. They just said I should have the toilet completely reinstalled even though it’s on the other side of the house from the leak we are having. Even the plumber said it didn’t make sense but we should just get it done just in case.

We worked with Ruben at good times restoration and he was awesome. We had water damage in our bathroom. Ruben was was very responsive and got the work done quickly and efficiently. I recommend this company 100%!

Fantastic experience! Michael, Garrett, Seth, Jared, and Devin were all very professional, respectful, and so kind. Communication was AMAZING. Their process for handling things just made everything so easy. 10/10 would recommend to my friends and family!

Our experience with Good Times Restoration was phenomenal! Our home had extensive water damage due to multiple roof leaks and years of weathering. We felt overwhelmed and didn’t know where to start but our consultation with Good Times gave us hope. Trent and Jared were very knowledgeable and made us feel informed throughout the entire process. The staff were respectful and efficient and completed the remediation quickly. Jacob and Mikey went above and beyond by educating us about their findings and keeping an open line of communication about the progress. Jared referred us to a roofer who did an exceptional job repairing our roof. Good Times turned a bad situation into a positive experience with their remarkable service. I can’t recommend them enough! Thank you so much Good Times!
