Tim Hill was phenomenal genuinely went above and beyond, great customer service explained exactly what my problem was and the steps i’d need to take to fix it. Did amazing work putting my kitchen back together! Would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing restoration!

We used Salt River Restoration’s abatement services for asbestos removal from a large portion of our ceiling. We are very happy with their work and appreciated that their workers made sure to go above and beyond when working in our home. Their team was extremely professional and communicative throughout the entire process making sure that progress was made in a timely manner. Edgar, specifically, was also always willing to explain exactly what was going on with the work being done and made sure to arrive promptly when scheduled. We would happily use them again or recommend to anyone needing restoration services done.

They honestly wasted our time and theirs. I made it clear from the first time I called that I would need a report with an explanation of what needs to be done with the quote because another company was paying for the repairs they caused us to need. When I initially called I was told someone would be calling me back to get me on the schedule. Like an hour later, when I was going into work, I get a call saying someone was almost there! Luckily my partner was there to talk to him, but he is not the homeowner or the one dealing with this situation. They took the time to go into our crawlspace and take pictures, but it doesn't even matter because they never sent them to me! He told my partner he would be sending it all over ASAP, but I ended up having to call back a few days later to ask about it. I was told it would be sent over that night, but it was still 5 days before I finally actually got anything. All they sent me was how much it's going to cost which doesn't tell me anything about what they found. I assumed they must not want our business that bad so I already had another company scheduled to come out when I was actually home. Now I'm getting phone calls from this company trying to get me on their schedule when they never even gave me a proper explanation of the problem. Filter reviews by lowest first to see I'm not the only one with issues with their lack of professionalism. Looks like they are flooding the reviews with (probably false) 5 star reviews to drown out the bad ones. They were being weirdly pushy about using insurance so I wouldn't be surprised if they really are scamming. Their BBB profile has 3 complaints against it which is definitely unsual to see for this kind of business.

Salt River Restoration is awesome! The crew was super friendly, showed up when they said they would, and got everything done quickly. They made the whole process easy and stress-free, and the results turned out way better than I expected. It’s nice working with a company you can actually trust—highly recommend!

I was just informed that Salt River Restoration would not release a statement about the mishandling of my restoration process by the insurance adjuster. My insurance company has stated that they settled with Salt River Restoration. Find a company that stands up for you and does the right thing instead of settling with your insurance company. This is your home, where your family lives, get it right... get a different company to handle your restoration process.

My husband and I had an awesome opportunity to work with Salt River Restoration and crew when we had a flood in our master bath and bedroom. We had to call a plumber at 7pm on a Tuesday night. The plumber recommended Salt River Restoration (Josh W and the owner Ben) who came out to the house at 930pm that same night to assess the damage. They were on top of it and got the restoration crew out the next day. This was not a small project. They had to gut the master bath and bedroom and took many times for them to come out and take care of what was needed. Every time we called and no matter how many times, we called they always answered and put our minds at ease. They made sure all next steps were advised. We are still going through the rebuild from the flood. However, I wanted to Thank Salt River Restoration and Team for the hard work, dedication, and AWESOME Customer Service we have experienced. I would like to especially Thank the crew from Demo - Travis H, Scott, Bailey, Tyler, Tristan, Ethan, and Hector. From the Office - Sydnee, Alessandra, Joseph, Nicole. I highly recommend this company if you ever need a restoration team!
