CEI is the best company to use for mold remediation. We just used them for a 3 year project at my Condominium Association. Each and every unit owner was happy with their services, professionalism and communication. Excellent communication during the entire project. Chris helped me advise owners what to expect for each steps in this long project. Patience of a Saint with me. The entire staff Danielle, Angela...were phenomenal!!! I highly recommend them!!!

My condo had severe water damage in early January and Consolidated Environmental was the company that came to do the mold mitigation (commercial dehumidifiers, opening walls, and removing damaged flooring). I only have positive things to say about Felix's team (Jorge/George, Mauricio, and others). They walked us through every step of the process, helped us put our belongings in boxes, and shuffled things around in the apartment while we dealt with our insurance. Whenever we had a concern, Felix was always there either onsite or on the phone. He calmed our anxiety as this is our first time going through something like this. When we had to be out of town, Felix was more than happy to video chat during the builder walkthrough. I honestly cannot thank him and his team enough. Such great people. They are transparent in their work and happy to clarify anything. I hope I don't have water damage again but if I do, I know they will do the job well and be the first people I'd recommend.

Consolidated Environmental Inc. is the best remediation company in the New Jersey/NY area! We had a moisture/rodent problem in our basement in North Jersey. We had countless, well-known, remediation companies work on our home, and Consildated was by far the best. Worth every penny! We felt they were professional and trust worthy. They know this business and what it takes to correctly remove or treat any type of environmental issues in the home (hard to find in our area).. Jim, our project manager was so extremely helpful, honest, and very educated. He went above and beyond of my family. They saved myself, my husband, and our 1 year old son from become seriously sick. They were efficient, clean (meticulous even), and exceeded all of our expectations. The team that worked on our home were very professional and proficient! I would recommend Consildated. Don't waist your money on anyone else!
