Rock Emergency Services was fantastic! They arrived quickly after major water damage from a leak caused by an ice dam and got everything under control fast. The team was professional, efficient, and clearly experienced. Highly recommend them for any emergency repair needs!

We would highly recommend Rock Emergency for anyone requiring their services. We were experiencing a leak as we were preparing to open our new business and needed someone to respond quickly for same day assistance. Paul and two other workers showed up in less than 30 minutes and swiftly took care of the problem. They assessed the damage and gave us our options and got to work immediately to remedy the situation. Paul was truly so good to us and we highly recommend him. We are so grateful to him and his staff for helping us with this situation.

ROCK was amazing when we flooded during a freak rainstorm. We called them at 5 am and they returned our call immediately. The crew wasted no time getting to work. They dried us out and would periodically check in to see what the moisture reading said. We ended up needing to demo a room that was too water damaged to save and had mold. They taped everything off and got busy. Fred the project manager was super helpful and made sure we got started right away. All of the ROCK employees were helpful, professional and polite. It was miserably hot and nasty work but all the employees stayed on task and were friendly and cleaned up before leaving for the day.

Paul went out of his way to educate us and give us everything we needed to understand the depth of what we were facing with a mold issue. He provided the reassurance we needed that we could overcome this with the right help. This isn’t an easy thing to handle but with his help it’s far less daunting than it was before.

Rock came out to my house to assist with draining my house and yard from the flash flood that hit Webster. They showed up pretty quick with equipment but realized they needed more pump power. Additional and bigger pumps were brought to my house. A few feet of water in both my house and back yard was drained within a handful of hours with the last two gentlemen leaving around 1am. I’m so thankful for their responsiveness and assistance.

I recently had a water emergency in my home. It was also on Mother's Day. It was too much for me to handle myself. I reached out to Rock Emergency and they were onsite within an hour. One of their Vice Presidents even responded. The team put me at ease, moved my personal belongings to include heavy furniture, etc., preventing any further home and personal property damage. Their quick response and deployment of fans and drying equipment saved the day, helping me avoid a more costly restoration. Once dry, Rock had contractors onsite and led me through the rebuild. Rock also took point with my insurance company. They speak the same language, making this a smooth turnkey process and eliminating any delays to getting things back to normal. While my wife and I are busy with a million other things, I am grateful to the entire Rock team for turning this unfortunate event into a very manageable effort. They did all the heavy lifting and we are very thankful.

The Rock was amazing to work with from the night of the Fire until the end of project. They are very professional and through. Everything had pictures taken and documented. I have already recommended them to others because of their Professionalism and Quality of work done. Thanks for a Great Job!
