Great experience with ATI. We had a toilet flood and they did a great job taking care of our carpets. Louis was the tech who assisted us and he went above and beyond and even cleaned our high traffic stairs on his way out. He was fast and efficient and very friendly! Highly recommend! Our carpets look, feel, and smell great! Thank you!

The team at ATI went above and beyond. Reconstruction PM, Brandon Cox delivered first class service, exceptional response times, even after hours and weekends, and put me at ease during an extremely stressful situation. The Mitigation team led by mitigation manager Kevin were attentive, thorough, highly responsive, professional and left my house in clean condition after a messy demo. I highly recommend ATI. They are trustworthy, proactive, extremely professional, responsive, friendly and so easy to work with. Brandon and Kevin went above and beyond and cannot thank them enough!

These guys are absolute buffoons. I can’t fathom this is how they run a business. They came to my house (selected by insurance), demoed more than I asked them to, the whole time me asking to be put in contact and on the schedule for the rebuild portion of the project. Victor then took 10 business days (all the while we have no kitchen and no plan to fix it) to write an estimate for the rebuild. Bryan then came to our house with absolutely no plan and no idea of how/when the rebuild would take place. Not sure what his job should be (and not sure he knew either), but he was bad at it. Needless to say we found another company for rebuild. All together, I’d estimate that ATI’s incompetence added 3 weeks to our living without a kitchen. Buffoons.

Have you met Tyler?... or had an experience with him cleaning your carpets? Well we have, and let me tell you no one else will ever clean our carpets. He always goes above and beyond, communicates well and helps explain how to keep longevity of the carpets over time. Thank you for all the amazing work you do, Tyler.

Where to begin, I have had the pleasure of working with ATI for quite some time now and I have had the opportunity to work with some truly immeasurable members of their staff. Jamie and Britannia have that office system down to a science. They are both ALWAYS happy, friendly and eager to assist. Big thanks ladies for all you do. You're truly rockstars. We are also beyond impressed with the service provided by our carpet tech Chaylino. From start to finish, the experience with Chaylino has always been exceptional. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly an expert in his field. He is always extremely punctual, courteous, and efficient. He has tackled some tough jobs that we thought were permanent and he left our carpets looking new and fresh. He takes the time to assess the areas needing the most attention and explains or offers solutions clearly. We truly appreciate all his hard work and his dedication to customer satisfaction. We would highly recommend him to anyone needing quality carpet cleaning services. Great job ATI, you've got a real good crew on your hands.

A couple of gentlemen from ATI came to Stillwater apartments in Murray, Building 13 today (08/25/25) to power wash and clean a balcony 2 floors above mine. Now, we have a lot of ducks here at Stillwater, and being on the bottom floor the ducks really make a mess of my walkway. As the men were working on the 3rd floor, I asked one of them if he could by chance hose down my walkway when they were done. He said yes, that he could do that. ( I wish I got his name.) I had to run back inside for a bit, and by the time I got back outside, the walk was clean, but the guys were gone. I never got a chance to thank them. So I hope this review will get to them so they can know just how much I deeply appreciate it.
