I had a great experience with Karly and her team They did so much work to take things out, and took great care to clean all my belongings. Today they delivered what they could clean, and I'm a week away promoting back in. Early and was so cheerful and helpful and I would recommend them to any one any time

It has been an absolute blessing to have been able to have Brynna working with us durning this difficult time. She has been excellent with communication. She has been amazing to get the stuff we needed rushed and back to use with in a few days. You can’t even tell the items were in a house fire. We are so thankful to have someone we trust handling our belongs. Thank you for all you have done and are continuing to do. FRSTEAM was hired to take care of our clothes and electronics when we had a house fire. The team was very responsive and communicated with us often to ensure we had what we needed during the 8 months it took to finish house. They were professional and personal especially Karleah, Brynna, and Bryan. When we needed some items from them for winter or electronics because I work from home, they were on it quickly. There were rarely issues with our belongings and they took great care of them and were honest about things that were not salvageable. Now not all companies are absolutely perfect, so there were only a couple of issues and I’m an honest person so I’d rather help those reading reviews. I don’t think I’d have them do our clothes again. A bunch of shoes were ruined from cleaning, 4 of my suits had to be claimed because the fabric came back saggy and ruined, and out of my 75 neck ties, about half came back ruined. I’ve washed my ties myself for years by rolling them up in socks in the washer and hang drying them so I was really disappointed. Other than that the clothes were not bad.

These guys were amazing! Brynna was so nice and professional. She definitely made things easier, through such a difficult time. she was prompt with getting things back to us we needed and contacted with and questions to make sure things were taken care of how we wanted them taken care.

Karleah was an absolute life saver in such a stressful time for us. She knew everything she needed to do and helped us navigate our contents after a house fire. She was patient and kind and we very much appreciated all of her help

Frsteam has been amazing to work with. Brynna has been amazing to keep us updated on our belongings as they are working with each item. Her communication and respect Is absolutely needed in everyone’s life. Thank you for all you guys are doing and have done for us.

I’m so grateful to Brynna coming and helping me wade through our basement flood to gather clothing, fabric, towels, bedding, stuffed animals, and rugs. Brynna was kind and reassuring that my items would be well cared for cleaned thoroughly. Brynna used continuous communication to keep me in the know about where my items were in the process. I am so grateful for the services rendered when our family was going through so much.
