Had a great experience with Yeshiah. He came in, explained what was going on, quoted me a price, and took care of mitigation within a day. Then, he set up the equipment to dry everything out. ( Disclaimer: it was loud, but can't do anything about that.) He also gave us the names of trusted guys to help out with the assorted problems we were facing.
