Restoremasters Water Damage & Fire Restoration

I haven’t personally used RestoreMasters’ services, but I’ve had the pleasure of working with the owner, Mike Shurtliff, through my company, Sheer Ambrosia Bakery. Mike is one of those rare business owners who truly understands the value of showing appreciation to his team and clients. He's on his third order of our 1-pound bags of granola with a little note that read, "You’re a KEY ingredient in our success!"—each bag complete with a key-shaped bottle opener attached. I loved seeing how much thought he put into celebrating the people who make his business thrive. Mike’s commitment to gratitude and genuine care for others is inspiring, and it’s no surprise that RestoreMasters continues to grow under his leadership.

I called for help on a Sunday morning after our washing machine had flooded my laundry room overnight. Patrick dispatched a team, Brian and Edward, quickly to come to our aid. They were very professional and kind as they assessed and explained clearly what they were doing and checked everything that the water could have touched. They listened and were able to answer all of my questions about the process and Brian asked thorough questions to make sure there was nothing missed. They were both so efficient! I went to offer something to help with the cleanup and Eddie already had all the wet plastic and water etc all bagged up and tied neatly ready to take out! They worked together and left everything so clean and the fans are set up to where we can still function among them while they do their job. Before they left, both of them made sure we were satisfied and knew that someone would be in contact with us the next day to asses the drying process and go over the optuons moving forward. I just can't say enough how much it means to be able to call someone you can trust, that comes with solid recommendation from others you know, when you need help and are at others' mercy. Although messes like this come with stress, especially in the middle of the night on a weekend, it is greatly relieved with service from these type of people. Don't hesitate to call them!

What great help. Mike and Justin came over to our recently burnt down home and helped us clarify questions about the insurance process and important steps to take in the rebuild process. They genuinely showed us compassion and even encouraged us to rebuild ourselves to help us save money while offering to answer questions along the way if we run into issues with the insurance company. Thanks so much for the help.

Brian had quite the job to take care of mold, drywall repair and painting, in a basement bathroom. He did an outstanding job! He came back several times to get the drywall mudding perfect, and never complained about another visit. He's a dedicated worker, and we appreciate everything he did. Thank you Rachelle & Mike at Restoremasters for their excellent help on helping to replace my roof. My insurance company paid very little to help me and I was very stressed. Both Mike and Rachelle sat me down and explained in kind way how things were go and how they were here to help. I would recommend Restomasters to anyone who has a flood or needs a roof.

Restore masters helped our family when a massive tree fell on our house. They had people to move our tree in 24hrs. All of their workers are fast, polite, and super helpful. Restore masters also handled everything when it came to insurance which made this a very stress free process. I cannot saying enough great things about this company.

I was stressed when my basement flooded and the insurance company paid the absolute bare minimum for repairs. Most of the initial bids I got were well over that amount and none of the contractors wanted to deal with the claim adjuster. Then I found Restore Masters and it was a great experience from start to finish. Rachelle went above and beyond by advocating for me and getting my homeowners insurance to pay significantly more! She and her team ,including Junior, communicated well throughout the process and the workers who restored everything were all friendly, professional and flexible with scheduling. I don’t write reviews often and only when it’s warranted. I highly recommend Restoremasters if you want save time, energy and cash.
