TrustPro is FABULOUS! They were so quick and thorough. We were so impressed with how far everything was completed. We had a flood from our toilet that happened to go down through our basement. We had someone come everyday to get something done. They matched our paint just by eyeing the wall. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone! Brian is very informative and helpful and will answer any concerns. We are needed new flooring next, and will be using them.

I had a flood at my home and my insurance adjuster recommended trustpro restoration. They were awesome to deal with! Brian came out with his crew and they got to work right away clearing out the flood in my basement. As soon as they did that they had their own repair people (which was super fast and convenient) do the repairs and it honestly looks like nothing even happened in my home.I would highly recommend them in the future but hopefully not again on my home.

We discovered a water leak in our basement late on a Friday night. We called our insurance agent the next morning, and that very afternoon, a Saturday, Trust Pro had a crew at our house starting the mitigation. They pulled away wet walls and carpet and set up fans to dry everything out. They did very good work in restoring our damaged rooms once the mitigation process was finished. The finished carpentry was well done. The quality of their work was excellent. The painters were especially careful. We would use them again if we have problems in the future.

We liked working with Trustpro quite a bit. They responded to water damage we had in a rental property very quickly. They gave us options beyond what the insurance paid for and let us pick and choose the services that best fit our needs. Ember and Parker we great to work with and communicated the next step with us throughout the process. We were very satisfied with the end result and would recommend them to others. Thanks guys!

Their work is excellent. 5 stars. We had to replace our bathtub, wall tile and floors due to a leak around the drain. When the tub was removed, there was additional plumbing problems that weren't anticipated. It was a big job and it looks great. Make sure you ask for an accurate time estimate, not the shortest one. They need to communicate better when problems arise that lead to delays. But this did improve towards the end of the process. I would recommend them.

We had a water main break in our basement and hired TrustPro to come in and clean it up and fix it up. They began work the same day I called, and everyone we worked with was really great at their job (cleaning/demo, wall repair, carpet replacement) and easy to work with and communicate with. I highly recommend this company!
